Dr Francis listened to what my problem was and came up with a fantastic solution. Relieved 40 years of back pain with minimal surgery. I feel like a new man, no pain drugs required.

Is an excellent doctor. Very thorough, patient, kind and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. The office was nice and the staff was great as well. I would definitely recommend him.

I was very impressed with Dr Rapp. He was prepared with my case information, answered my questions, actually went over my MRI and CT scans with me on his computer in his office. He is thorough he tested my reflexes, checked my spine, gave me a few commands to test my flexibility. Ordered immediate X-rays and called me with the results before I even got home.

Dr. MacMahon made me feel heard and at ease. I never felt rushed and he was very detailed. He made me feel like I can trust him with my care.

I appreciated his verbal information as well as the use of a model to demonstrate where problem was and solution. Staff persons were also very helpful. The okay from my insurance was done and finished the same day.

As I said, this has been a very difficult situation for me. He made me feel like I was a person, and he renewed my hope that I was going to be OK. He gave me concise but detailed explanations. He also didn’t talk to me like I was insignificant, he spoke to me like I mattered. I truly hope that he reads this because we need more doctors like him.

Megan spends a lot of time you never feel rushed and all your questions are answered promptly and professionally and her visitation while I was hospitalized was just as good as my appointment in the office

I felt he was rude and very dismissive left me confuse as to why I was there in the first place. No help on understanding anything that should’ve been going on and he was in the room 5 minutes tops and did nothing but said think about surgery on something he said he didn’t see to even know if surgery was an option .

Dr. Rapp is a wonderful man! I'm not at all worried he will not take care of me in the future. He listened! He heard me! Which is something that doesn't always happen!!!
