Had been in severe pain for almost two years and when I found Dr. Francis I told my husband "he might be my answer". My first meeting with Dr. Francis gave me so much hope and the surgery went very well and I just walked up a step unaided. Quite a comeback for someone who was either sitting for more than a year.

It was a pleasure to meet him. I felt comfortable and at ease. He spoke well, clearly, and in a manner that I understood clearly. His analogies were on point and I enjoyed that he didn't use too much 'doctor speak'.

Dr. Rapp is my husband's surgeon. We have referred family for spinal surgery and he will be my surgeon when it is necessary.

Meaghan was excellent, however when I went to check in they asked where my X-rays were. It was never told to me I needed them. Fortunately I was able to get them right away.

Dr. MacMahon preformed my back surgery last year on my left side and it was successful. I trust him to do the same for my right side..

I came to see Dr. Macmahon for a second opinion. He explain yes I will need surgery one day on my back but now is not the time. I have a few more years. He was honest to tell me that there are doctors out there that would just go do it. I told him thank you for not being that one. Explained everything and showed it all to me so I could understand what was going on.

Dr. Issawi took his time going through the results of the MRI very thoroughly, giving me all options available for moving forward and took the time to answer all of my questions and agreeing to another consult visit with my family. Made me feel very comfortable with what could be cone a very difficult decision.

Dr. MacMahon clearly explained the results of scans, identified problems. He presented his plan in clear manner, answered my questions, addressed concerns. He was totally focused, not rushed. Easy to talk with. My husband & I both felt he was the right doctor for me and we trust him. He has excellent training, has done these surgeries many times. My life will be in his hands, and we trust him. He has support of other specialists & his surgical team as well.

Wry respectful doctor and staff, doctor very well at explaining and making sure you understand I’ve been to a few spine doctors and when I’m able to have my surgery I’m going to have it with him his Staff and the hospital is great I’ve had a few treatments done here for over 2 years if u need a spine surgery you should for sure consider Dr. Thawani made me very comfortable:

Dr. Rapp has been at my providers since November 2023, he explains things in a way that I can understand and I appreciate and respect him for his advice and caring. I never feel rushed when I go into the office and he is always on board to help and offer other alternatives rather than surgery. That works best for me. I highly respect him and would recommend him others

Even "minor" surgery is stressful as an older person, for both me and for my support person( husband and caretaker ) . I did not feel rushed or unheard. So grateful.
