it's been a long journey since last November when I went into the hospital and had the surgery December 1 with Dr. Rapp. And so far he explained it exactly the way it unfolded no surprises with pain levels are listening and x-ray shows the picture so job well done!

Dr. Rapp is an amazing doctor. He is caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. He takes his time and explains everything. He listens to concerns and considers them. He actually showed me on screen what was going on with my spine and broke it all down. He explained each section, how it all works and why so I could understand.

we would gladly recommend Dr. Francis to anyone seeking brain surgery . There isn't anything he could have done better. We felt SECURE with him at a very scary time !

Over 20 years of experience with Dr. Rapp as my neurosurgeon. He performed many operations on my back that was injured in a ship’s fire while I served in the U.S. Navy.If it were not for him and his team I doubt that I would be walking today.

Sam was wonderful, he was very kind and answered all my questions. I'd also like to thank Dr. Brodkey's NP's Tammy and Teneea. They were with me the entire time in the hospital and their care went above and beyond. Very impressed with all the staff in the office from reception to all the PAs, NPs, nurses and techs!

Had been in severe pain for almost two years and when I found Dr. Francis I told my husband "he might be my answer". My first meeting with Dr. Francis gave me so much hope and the surgery went very well and I just walked up a step unaided. Quite a comeback for someone who was either sitting for more than a year.

It was a pleasure to meet him. I felt comfortable and at ease. He spoke well, clearly, and in a manner that I understood clearly. His analogies were on point and I enjoyed that he didn't use too much 'doctor speak'.
