Even "minor" surgery is stressful as an older person, for both me and for my support person( husband and caretaker ) . I did not feel rushed or unheard. So grateful.

Dr. Thawani was amazing!! He explained everything and spent quality time going over my husband's case. Referred my husband to a bone clinic and will take his case to his peers to review. He is exceptional!!

As the doctor explained what he would do, he showed us (my husband and I), using the model he had in the cupboards. Very good to see the brace he would put in C3-T1, then remove all the arthritic area.

Best neurosurgeon this part of country. Takes extremely difficult & botched cases from other surgeons & does a wonderful job fixing your spine. I know a number of friends & family he has operated on & they all resume normal lives after surgery. He did 6 fusions on me 13 yrs ago & even x-ray techs ask who did my surgery cause they can't believe I have a half dozen fusions when I walk in like a normal person with no back problems.
I wouldn't let anyone else touch my back.

Answered all my questions very knowledgeable. All dr Brodkey staff is bar none the best and I've seen alot of other staff completely the opposite that's way i only go to dr. Brodkey and his staff perfect.

Meaghan is an asset to Dr. Kahn's practice. She reviewed previous documented feedback, showed me X-rays and explained how the procedure stabilized my 5 vertebrae. She listened! Then gave guidance and encouragement.

Meaghan Littleton was exceptionally engaged; She listened intently, took notes, performed a thorough exam, asked specific questions to gain more understanding. So very pleasant! Not rushed, at all, but very focused on my situation. She reviewed what I shared, reviewed what she found thru exam, explained all of this concerning orthopedic issues and also neurological issues. Explained the need for more info thru MRIs, and CT scans. Also, discussed the importance important for a referral to neurology. She explained steps to come regarding explaining test results, as this may involve both orthopedics & neurology. Testing appts arranged promptly on Monday following my appt w Meaghan on Friday! I am very thankful that my appt was with Meaghan. Her attention, care, knowledge, communication & organizational skills, professionalism & commitment are SO VERY EXCEPTIONAL & REMARKABLE!!

Dr. Rapp is very caring. He always takes as much time as needed to have a go bc predation with me about next steps. Dr. Rapp listens to me an I always feel very respected.
