Was told to report at 12:30, there was no one at the desk to check patients in until 12:55, at that time was asked to fill out additional paperwork which was similar to what I had done previously online, I could have very well arrived at 1:00 pm

My appt was @ 9:30 AM and I was told to arrive by 9:00AM due to my being a new patient ( my paperwork was already completed). I was called into the examining area about 9:15AM but not seen by the medical provider until almost 10:00AM. She then seemed somewhat rushed.
