I finally had my follow up appointment with Dr. Rapp regarding my back the office staff and Dr. Rapp were extremely friendly, caring, thoughtful, and understanding to my needs.
I would highly recommend this office if you’re in need of a neurosurgeon.

Dr. Rapp was very friendly, kind, considerate and thoughtful to my medical needs. He had to excuse himself for a peer peer review for a upcoming surgery and someone else, and he was considered enough to explain to me that he was expecting the call so I wasn’t caught off guard when he left. I was very appreciative of that.

Dr. Rapp is thorough and professional. I like that he took the time to go over my MRI with me and my husband, which no previous doctor did. Dr. Rapp also took the time to write detailed notes in my patient portal!

Dr. Rapp explained what my procedure would be very well and slowly so I could understand and follow as he pointed to the model of my spine.

He explained my MRI by viewing it as 3d imaging. Answering all my questions! He put me at ease after going over my MRI.
