Doctor was very knowledgeable and informative, but he did talk a little fast. Sometimes it was hard to follow what he was saying and process it because of how fast he explained things.

Dr. Rapp was very concerned about my condition. He was very pleasant and wanted to make sure I received the best care. I have seen many Doctors and I can say he is one of the best I have ever seen. He made sure to listen to my concerns. And wanted to make sure I received the proper care.

I appreciate that Dr. Rapp gives me his undivided attention when I am with him, and that he generally runs on time. But that also means that when my allotted time is up, he is quick to say goodbye. I wish things were just a little less rushed.

Unfortunately I have had the opportunity to meet a lot of DR’s due to the various challenges life has thrown at me. Dr Rapp stands out as one of the best I’ve utilized. I have learned there are a lot of various signs and symptoms to every illness/injury. The single most important one, is the PATIENT, and that in my opinion, is the one Dr Rapp pays the most attention to. When I need a Spine surgeon, I travel 500 miles to see him.

He and his staff went above and beyond, and were able to get an appointment with another provider that same day. Since we were in from out of state, this was truly appreciated.

He focused on me and included my wife when appropriate. He did not rush the appointment looking at a watch/clock to hurry on to the next patient as so many doctors do today.

Dr Rapp and his staff are very caring people!!! Dr Rapp wants to be sure that his procedures worked well. I would highly recommend him. Traveling one and a half hours away was definitely worth the drive!! Also, he has a very caring staff!! I can’t say enough good as how they treated me! Always listening to you!
