Unfortunately, I have a spine that has required multiple surgeries over the past 15 years. Looks like I'm headed for procedure number five. All have been performed by Dr Rawlins and the wonderful staff at HSS. I would be hard-pressed to be treated anywhere else. Everyone in the entire organization has always treated me above and beyond my expectations. I am thankful that some of HSS operations have expanded to Paramus which allows me to avoid spme trips into the city.

Dr Huang and his staff are amazing. Dr. Huang gave me a very thorough exam and fantastic explanation of my condition using imaging results. I value his opinion and professionalism. Chelsey is just the best! We are blessed to have doctors like Dr. Huang to help us navigate and find the best solutions to our individual health issues.

This is my second time at HSS and I would never go anywhere else. I only wish the surgery was easier to get to for us upstate folks.

I had the same team as I did for my surgery ten years ago. They were the best then and they are the best now. Everyone on “Team Albert” is great at what they do, clear warm expert and kind. I felt 100% confident that I was getting the best of all possible care by the best of all possible people in the best of all possible. Though there was no physical treatment involved when I left I felt happier, more optimistic, more confident and perhaps even a little less of the pain that brought me in.

Dr. Huang was absolute professional, detailed and generous with his time. He made sure that he explained everything thoroughly and that I understood everything that is going on in my body and what my options are to stop these things where they are and hopefully regain some of my function and strength back.

I feel privileged to experience Dr. Qureshi's skill in performing a microdiscectomy at L4/L5 of my spine. During my initial interview, I appreciated Dr. [last name]'s thorough explanation of the status of my spine and how a disk fragment was impinging upon my sciatic nerve. Dr. Qureshi then explained how he planned to remove the fragment via a minimally invasive procedure for which he is well known. The PAs working for Dr. Qureshi have also been very responsive to my many follow-up questions.

My wife and I left the office feeling much more comfortable and confident in knowing the condition I have would be handled by Dr Kim who was very reassuring. Dr Kim was able to explain and give my my and I some perspective on what the surgery entails and how he would be able to address my issues.

I first saw Dr. Huang for a second opinion on 3/10/2025. I was impressed that he took the time to review all of my past MRI's and x-rays explaining the results in a manner I understood. Dr. Huang explained two surgical options to me advising the least invasive. I left his office more confident that there is a remedy for the constant pain. ON 9/24/2026 committed to having Decompression Disc Spine; L2-S1 minimal decompression surgery. I was scheduled for 12/9/2025 but I wasn't medically cleared. 3/17/2026 I finally had surgery. Dr. Huang was very attentive Pre-op Post-op . He visits me in recovery and the following morning he checked on me once again. I am forever grateful. Although I am recovering and have some numbness, I don't have the agonizing pain that ran down both my legs. The spasms have subsided and I could stand straight.

Todd Albert and Natisha [last name] (and the entire staff in their office) are simply the VERY BEST. Even when something is going on with you is strange, they believe and show a great deal of respect for what you say about your experience. This in marked contrast with other doctors who treat you as an hysteric (I am a woman) and put you repeatedly through the same protocol. In Dr Albert’s office, they take you seriously, look at your history and figure out what the problem is. They use every tool available. It is diagnostics on the highest level. Oh and… then Dr. Albert fixes it. One could not ask for anything more.

Dr Huang is an excellent surgeon. I had neck surgery in 2018 and now I’m having other issues with my back which I came back to Dr Huang to discuss and see what he would recommend me to do . I totally trust Dr Huang and I have also recommended him to my friends and all were pleased with the outcome .

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine kindness. The front office staff were efficient and clearly communicated everything I needed to know as a new patient. The care team was thorough, patient, and took time to answer all of the questions my husband and I had. After more than a decade at a previous practice, this single experience at HSS with Dr. McAnany convinced me to transfer my care. I left feeling truly heard, cared for, and treated as a priority.

Dr. Iyer explained my problems very carefully and in a detailed way so I could understand my surgery options. He spent a lot of time answering my questions and was extremely patient and kind. I was very impressed with his obvious expert knowledge and with the potential solutions to my issues that he described.
