I had the same team as I did for my surgery ten years ago. They were the best then and they are the best now. Everyone on “Team Albert” is great at what they do, clear warm expert and kind. I felt 100% confident that I was getting the best of all possible care by the best of all possible people in the best of all possible. Though there was no physical treatment involved when I left I felt happier, more optimistic, more confident and perhaps even a little less of the pain that brought me in.

Todd Albert and Natisha [last name] (and the entire staff in their office) are simply the VERY BEST. Even when something is going on with you is strange, they believe and show a great deal of respect for what you say about your experience. This in marked contrast with other doctors who treat you as an hysteric (I am a woman) and put you repeatedly through the same protocol. In Dr Albert’s office, they take you seriously, look at your history and figure out what the problem is. They use every tool available. It is diagnostics on the highest level. Oh and… then Dr. Albert fixes it. One could not ask for anything more.

Dr. Albert and Vera [last name], FNP-BC demonstrated exceptional professionalism and compassion before, during, and after my cervical spine surgery. From the initial consultation through post-operative care, they were through, attentive, and reassuring, always taking the time to explain each step and address questions with clarity and care. Their coordination and clinical expertise inspired complete confidence throughout this process. I also want to recognize the wonderful ancillary and office staff; every interaction was courteous, efficient, and supportive, which made a stressful situation feel seamless and well-managed. Truly an outstanding team.

First rate surgery team headed by surgeon Dr. Todd Albert. Vera [last name] was exceptional as well as Dr. Albert’s nurse practitioner. The HSS app is invaluable as Dr. Albert, Vera [last name] and Natisha respond to each query expeditiously, professionally, and with expertise all beyond reproach. HSS is a hospital with a first rate operation.
