Dr Kim and staff were excellent. No complaints. I also saw Vijay [ ] same day in the afternoon and not sure you're sending me a survey. He also was very good no problems however the office is assistant that handles all the scheduling Etc has an infestation of ants coming from the air conditioner so as I was sitting... there were ants going all over my papers and on my hands and arm. Unacceptable. I understand it's been an ongoing problem . Also when I left it was the end of the day but there was no staff to wheel me back downstairs to the lobby to leave. I started leaving her office but the carpeting made it almost impossible for me while seated to roll along . Ultimately his assistant got me to the elevator door . While seated I maneuvered myself into the elevator and out on the ground floor and fortunately the security guard saw me struggling and helped push me outside. Very nice. My point is if somebody brought the chair up to Dr vad's office why couldn't they bring me back downstairs. But the situation with the ants was awful because they went to the clipboard & then they were on my arm. Bottom Line at the risk of redundancy not a new problem. To have a patient sit at that second desk by the air conditioner where the ants were continuously coming through is terrible. I want to be clear this has no bearing on my opinion of Dr vad's capabilities but please do something cuz I will not go back in that room again. Call me if u want add'l info. Thank you

He is patient - offered different solutions and took complaints seriously changing his approach to avoid future complications. I had no worries about outcome with Dr. Kim.

Dr Kim listen to concerns that I had that really didn't involve my scolosis. But, he is concerned also & he is going to see that the insurance will cover the Wegovey to help me to lose weight. He was very helpful & I am very lucky he is my Dr.

My wife and I left the office feeling much more comfortable and confident in knowing the condition I have would be handled by Dr Kim who was very reassuring. Dr Kim was able to explain and give my my and I some perspective on what the surgery entails and how he would be able to address my issues.
