She is an exceptional doctor. I couldn’t have asked for anyone more caring, intelligent and compassionate. She spent time to understand me and explain exactly what steps needed to be taken. I felt totally confident in her ability to manage my care after our initial meeting.

Dr. Morales Hernandez is very knowledgeable. She cares about her patients and wants them to feel well. She has given me many ideas concerning foods, lifestyle and physical activities in order to improve my diabetes numbers. She makes sure to go over every medication I take to make sure there is no bad interaction among them. She is also a wonderful human being and has excellent manners during my office visits. She is a valuable asset to the Holy Cross Medical Group.

The doctor and staff were great, no complaints. The wait time and previous conversations with the scheduling department were not great. I was called the day before asking if I can come in at 2pm, my appointment was at 2:45. I told the lady i dont think i could make it in by 2 and she responded saying just please try come as early as possible. I arrived at 2:05, only to seen by the nurse at 2:50. This is a scheduling issue and a waste of my time. I left work early only to sit in a waiting room for 45min.

He was straight forward and explaining things in detail, I did not feel like experiment. He is younger than me but respected me. Bottom line He made me He cares....Also his staff and nurse was very kind. Thanks everyone!

Please know you always see her when needed by signing up for her cancellation list. The staff always manages to get you in to see her if you need to speak to her on an important issue.
