I am going to miss Linda who is retiring after 28 years. She has been amazing and instrumental to this office. Dr. Thompson is amazing. She listens and is very thorough with your appointments. I wish we had more doctors like Dr. Thompson. She is phenomenal and probably have saved my life,

Dr. Thompson is an incredibly thorough, competent, and supportive physician. She takes the time to explain things and she encourages me to put my health first. She had always been knowledgeable about the most innovative drugs and devices. I am very grateful that she is my doctor.

From the moment I checked in for my appointment, I felt completely at ease. I was greeted with professional, friendly faces, and even the other patients in the waiting room had wonderful things to say about this practice—which speaks volumes. The staff deserves so much credit for creating such a welcoming and positive environment.That said, my provider, Novelette Thompson, truly exceeded all of my expectations. She was incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly. I never once felt rushed or overlooked, which has unfortunately been my experience at other doctor visits. Instead, I felt listened to, cared for, and supported.This practice is warm, kind, and exceptionally professional. I would absolutely recommend Novelette Thompson and the Endocrinology team to anyone seeking excellent care.

From the front staff, who were attentive to what patients are saying, friendly voice with respect. The doctor's assistant is even more pleasant. Just sad that she is retiring soon. Dr. Thompson gives the best possible way of explaining every detail of my visit, very pleasant and professional.

Dr. Thompson and her assistants were all very courteous and friendly and helpful. Hence, although I am now out of network. (Humana PPO) I continue to go to Dr. Thompson and pay the extra co-pay amounts.
