Dr. Thompson takes her time and provides excellent care. She respects you as an individual while at the same time encourages you to be the healthiest that you can be. My diabetes has NEVER been this well managed. I cannot thank her enough.

Dr. Thompson is fantastic. She is not the problem problem is that the office Over book and they’re taking an appointment appointments for February 2027 and your front end people are lousy. You need to do a better job in choosing people that are more customer centric because at the end of the day I’m a customer but I love Dr. Thompson that’s why I put up with a lot of foolishness from her staff

I was heard when speaking about my situation and my past medical history. That was the most important to me. I wasn't given the "run around" about how we are going to do this or that. It was very straightforward. I got an actual full examination, not just the standard vitals check like my previous endocrinologist, and she cared about and emphasized the importance of my treatment post-cancer. I appreciate this, as I never received my post-op cancer care previously from my last provider. Thank you!

Dr. Thompson is excellent in her position. She talks so I can understand what she is saying. Schedules x-rays during the visit so everything she wants to review are ready when needed. Always listens to my concerns and explains the response in a manner that I can understand.

Dr. Novelette was very attentive, explained everything in a way that I could understand, and spent ample time in order for me to have a very thorough visit. She asked very good questions to receive all the information necessary. This was one of the most thorough and extensive doctor's visit I have ever experienced.

Dr. Thompson Novelette, She's very thorough. My questions sometimes are answered before I ask them. I just feel my life is always in good hands, especially when I follow the doctors orders, my body improvements lets me know I'm on the right track and I'm with the right doctor. Thank you!
