Dr. Thompson is very authentic with me. She does not make statements to make me feel okay. She tells me the truth and at my last visit, she helped me to problem solve. I am 66 years old and remember the day when a doctor was a doctor, who treated you and not someone who just made referrals for you to see this and that specialist. I wish she could be my primary care physician, because she touches every area of my health and can be very sobering. I give her 100 stars. I appreciate her courtesy and care.

I consider myself a fairly astute observer and I am hugely impressed with Dr. Thompson. She is way above average in all aspects, intellect, training, memory, presence, articulation, vocabulary. Taken together these characteristics provide the patient an experience richly reassuring and empathetic.

Very good, she doesn’t sugar coat,, she explains the importance of taking care of yourself and very strict in holding you accountable for yourself in not following doctors instructions in a caring manner..She’s a great doctor.

I am going to miss Linda who is retiring after 28 years. She has been amazing and instrumental to this office. Dr. Thompson is amazing. She listens and is very thorough with your appointments. I wish we had more doctors like Dr. Thompson. She is phenomenal and probably have saved my life,

Dr. Thompson is an incredibly thorough, competent, and supportive physician. She takes the time to explain things and she encourages me to put my health first. She had always been knowledgeable about the most innovative drugs and devices. I am very grateful that she is my doctor.

From the moment I checked in for my appointment, I felt completely at ease. I was greeted with professional, friendly faces, and even the other patients in the waiting room had wonderful things to say about this practice—which speaks volumes. The staff deserves so much credit for creating such a welcoming and positive environment.That said, my provider, Novelette Thompson, truly exceeded all of my expectations. She was incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly. I never once felt rushed or overlooked, which has unfortunately been my experience at other doctor visits. Instead, I felt listened to, cared for, and supported.This practice is warm, kind, and exceptionally professional. I would absolutely recommend Novelette Thompson and the Endocrinology team to anyone seeking excellent care.
