I couldn’t have asked for a better office visit. Dr Thompson gave me as much time as I needed. She is so knowledgeable. Linda was great - sorry she is retiring. Office staff was nice.

From the moment I checked in for my appointment, I felt completely at ease. I was greeted with professional, friendly faces, and even the other patients in the waiting room had wonderful things to say about this practice—which speaks volumes. The staff deserves so much credit for creating such a welcoming and positive environment.That said, my provider, Novelette Thompson, truly exceeded all of my expectations. She was incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly. I never once felt rushed or overlooked, which has unfortunately been my experience at other doctor visits. Instead, I felt listened to, cared for, and supported.This practice is warm, kind, and exceptionally professional. I would absolutely recommend Novelette Thompson and the Endocrinology team to anyone seeking excellent care.

From the front staff, who were attentive to what patients are saying, friendly voice with respect. The doctor's assistant is even more pleasant. Just sad that she is retiring soon. Dr. Thompson gives the best possible way of explaining every detail of my visit, very pleasant and professional.

Dr. Thompson and her assistants were all very courteous and friendly and helpful. Hence, although I am now out of network. (Humana PPO) I continue to go to Dr. Thompson and pay the extra co-pay amounts.

Just a WOW...I was referred to this group by a friend and told I should see Dr. Perez, I called late June and the first avail appointment was September 17. The office requested that I call daily to see if there were cancelations. When I call on Monday, there was a cancel for the 5th but with Dr Thompson. Perfect! Glad I got in and very happy w Dr. Thompson. Thank You

Dr. Thompson and her assistant, Linda take good care of me and I have great respect for both. The ladies at the front desk are all top notch, courteous, considerate, and are always willing to help in any way they can. I'd bring them donuts or other goodies but Dr. Thompson would eventually scold me for bringing them refined carbohydrates.

My wife started seeing Dr. Thompson a number of years ago. After telling me how good she was as a doctor and a person, I decided to start going for. I see her for both my thyroid and diabetes. This lady is rock solid. Treats you like a human being, and will answer any questions you have for her. I highly recommend her to anybody needing an endocrinologist.
