My first time in this office and it was an overall pleasant experience. Every member of the staff, nurses and doctor were efficient and accommodating. Scheduling seems to be a difficult task. I have waited since last July 2023 on this appointment. I'm assuming I can obtain the follow-up appointment via phone, Zoom or Telemed since the appointment book has zero openings. Any challenges I experience, I will stop by the office. Thank you Dr. Manganelli and support staff for your care.

Due to circumstances beyond my control I was late for my appointment and I’m sure it threw off their schedule, but they were very professional and gave me unrushed time, care and consideration. They have no idea how much I greatly appreciate it.
