I felt confident after leaving Dr. Perez’s office. The notes that came online on my chart, didn’t seem to have the whole story and included some details of a physical exam that did not happen. I wonder if the software just added that in automatically. Again, I feel confident that after my ultrasound order and blood order is completed, Dr. Perez will have the latest information about my situation and will be able to put together a treatment plan appropriate for me..

Over the years I have bounced around to different endocrinologists and Dr Perez is great. Please keep him in your practice!!

Dr. Perez-Martinez discussed my surgery results, answered my questions and was very patient and I did not feel like he as rushed to get to the next patient. He will work with me next year to try and remedy my necessity for thyroid meds, and we will discuss options for osteoporosis.

Dr Perez is amazing. I always feel cared for. The reception generally seem like patients are an intrusion to their work. Not super friendly nor patient or empathetic. The nurse I saw before the Dr was friendly, but did communicate well - not clear in her instructions or questions.

Dr. PEREZ-MARTINEZ SEBASTIAN is always friendly, very attentive to my well-being and details, and a true professional. Appointments always start on time. I would also like to mention the doctor's assistant, Khatuna, who is also very attentive and helps me a lot during my visits to the doctor, for which I am very grateful to her.
