I really like Beth she is very respectful to me as a person she explains things to me in the form that I can understand not always medical forms but the way I understand what's going on she takes the time to listen and answer all my questions she's very concerned about my health and I like that I would recommend anyone to her if you have any kind of heart problems or pacemaker problems she's always right there to answer

The doctor's surgery schedule seemed to prevent me from getting procedures quickly despite my being in extreme pain. Usually procedures were scheduled at least a month away.

I like Dr. Radwan's staff; they're nice. I'm not always sure on understanding what he has to say but they help me with the after visit summary. I was a bit confused with the signs on the desk at the Mount Pleasant location and went back and forth a few times but was able to find someone to sign in with and let know I was there for my appointment. Good to know on that I want to change up for medication; Lipitor was kind of making me ache in my arms and legs so good to know there is another for cholesterol (LDL) that I could use.

If by "this provider" you mean Beth, specifically, I would tell people she's knowledgeable, personable and does her best to deal with the issue at hand. I would also say that a PA or NP will give more attention to explaining in detail what the patient wants/needs to know than the doc will. New this visit was the use of AI to record data of the visit. That is a mixed bag: Good that Beth isn't always having to stop to type in what's being covered. However, I read the after-visit notes and I'm a little creeped out about the "bot" noting things that it didn't need to know or record.
