My experience is that of my own what I have to say is my own words and feelings the way I was treated was in my words (outstanding) from Beth and the nurses and Drwere nothing but the best but that is from me I don't know how they treat others but if they treat others like they did me that is great and that is what keeps me coming back because I have been treated by the whole hospital the same way

Very kind and personable. Explained things very well. It wasn’t hard to get an appointment and staff was very accommodating . I wonder why they don’t advertise the Genicular Artery Embollization procedure more. I happened to get a brochure from a friend who was a patient of Dr C’s.

That I was satisfied with Dr. Berlin and how he addressed my problems but that his assistant needed a little more training. Not getting a pulse with the pulse meter, she took my pulse by hand - but only for 15 sec and came up with a count of 60. I know it had been in the 30's and 40's due to my skipped beats which she obviously missed out on. Especially in a cardiologist's office, a full minute would be more accurate/ useful.

I’m impressed with his knowledge, ability and willingness to listen to his patients. He will take time to assure that patients understand what is required to regain their health. I find him to be among the VERY FEW doctors I trust and have full confidence that he knows what he’s doing.

This was my first visit with the doctor, so most questions are hard to answer because We have n9 previous experience to go on. Doctors in Mid Michigan health come and go like the wind , so we shall see. Initial impressions are excellent

Very complete in his support for my heart wellness and listened intently for other concerns and I am eager to continue with my heart health with him so that I can avoid surgical interventions in the future. He shook my hand and was very connected to my history and answered my questions. I am looking forward to his future care as he also works with my primary care team.
