He’s an excellent doctor and he explained things in a manner that I was able to easily understand upcoming tests and why he was ordering them. I left his office feeling confident about my health care.

This is a comment on my appointment. The appointment was on time and Dr seemed to be in a hurry and maybe in the office 2 minutes. I felt rushed and hoped he heard what I had to say. I felt "wow" that was fast and felt like I was a number not a patient.

I have been waiting for new med authorization for 10 days. I went to office this morning to check on it and the MA Sarah she said it was denied. I asked the reason and she said she doesn't know it. She print out the auth denial and gave it to me. I called the capital rx. And they said my medication was denied cause two previous meds was still in my file they need to be discontinued. And they denied it. I have been waiting. For this medication 10 days and Noone in the office took care of this simple issues. I called the MA to tell the denial problem. And she's like I am busy now I will do it end of the day brushing me off in a rude way Everybody is busy I am busy too. You dont need to be rude to your patient cause he is doing your job and finding out denial reason. She is very rude and unaware of empathy to her patients .
