The entire staff is upbeat and incredibly efficient! Dr. Sotolongo listens closely to his patients and seems to be a skilled, innovative and caring physician. I’ve lived in Jacksonville for 30 years and visiting this office has been the most positive medical experience I’ve ever had.

I like seeing the doctor very close to the time appointed. It's a time-efficient visit, because I completed a pre-visit questionnaire so he would have relevant information about my, my known physical deficiencies and prescriptions applicable, and reason for this appointment being requested. The personnel and doctor treated me as a person, meeting my eyes, speaking directly to me and listening, both to the answers to their questions but also my inquiries. After visit paperwork set forth what had happened and what was scheduled to happen next.

It is located conveniently, offers good parking, is located in an attractive building with good amenities, and is staffed with apparently competent, knowledgeable and friendly staff. At this point in time I have no basis for judging the quality of care, but have no reason to believe that it is anything other than it appears to be, consistent with standards of care in the Jacksonville area.

Everything was clean. Everyone was super professional fast the sign in and the doctor having to have two test approved before surgery. Everybody worked hard to make it happen and the doctor was very thorough very kind and was point blank right on given us all the information we needed if you don’t go there because you need to a good doctor or doctors you’re missing out
