It's easy to schedule appointments at a convenient date and time. Clerical staff are very attentive and easy to work with. The medical assistant is very professional, great attention to detail and great bedside manner.
Dr Galani always listens to me and answer my questions in a manner I can understand. I feel that he is very concerned for my health, I trust his treatment and advice. I strongly recommend Dr Galani to anyone who needs a cardiologist. Great bedside manner. Thanks

The very congenial I don’t have to be way too long. The doctor is easy to talk to the nurse and other employees there are excellent. I have no fear and enjoy going to the doctor if you can say enjoy and I do recommend them to other people I feel confident that they know what they’re doing, and I’m not afraid to ask and listen to their opinion. I’m very secure for the doctors.

I had a heart catheterization at beaches Baptist Hospital on Monday the 28th. The procedure went along flawlessly from preop to discharge. Later the next day I got a full report of what the doctor found. It seemed that everybody was efficient and knowledgeable and what they were doing. I would recommend beaches Baptist for this procedure.

the office is beautiful. The front desk is very knowledgable and nice. The intake Tech was very nice, funny, knowledgeable. DR Galani was efficient , polite, nice. Answered all our questions and there was fabulous follow up. fantastic visit

The office called me 7/22 the day before my appointment to reschedule as the doctor I was scheduled to see was going to be in the hospital that day. I explained that I really needed to get in this pre-op appointment as the day after the appointment on the 24th I was going out of town and not returning until Friday July 3rd and my surgery was scheduled for Tuesday July 7th. The lady worked to get me another appointment early on the morning of my departure. She then called again to say that was not going to work but she offered me another appt with a different cardiologist basically at the same time and date of my original appointment. I really appreciated that effort to work with my schedule. I arrived to a warm greeting from a staff member and then met a really nice man that did all my preliminary work...EKG, blood pressure etc. He explained everything he was going to do in much detail. Then Dr. Galani really put me at ease when he said my EKG was normal other that a few skipped beats. He was knowledgeable, personable while asking me a few questions and listening to my heart. He gave me the clearance I needed and then asked where I was going. I told him Bermuda and then we sat there and talked about Bermuda for 5 minutes. I hopefully won't need a cardiologist anytime soon...but I know I've got a good one if I need him!

They listen to you, and offer best suggestions. My surgery and the two cardiac "shocks" were done professionally and quickly. The doctors and nurses are very friendly and efficient.
