Efficiency, professionalism. The facility is clean and inviting. I liked Dr Galani immensely. He listened to your needs, explained procedures and problem areas, offered recommendations all while putting the patient at ease with the situation.

I have been a patient of Dr. Galani since 2014 and have always found him to be a good listener and practitioner. The new heart patient office is much better organized than the previous office: More commodious waiting room and easier access to parking without having to navigate an elevator or stairs. Thanks!

I like everything very much so does my wife who was with me.
The Preparation specialist was very professional and detailed with what she was asking or saying.
She also is extremely pleasant.
Doctor Galani is very special and he obviously had reviewed my health issues. He has a great bedside manner is the way he presents.
He also found an issue and immediately sent a prescription to my pharmacy which I picked up the next day and started to use.
He also included my wife in the dialogue.

When you walk into Baptist Heart Specialists, you’re always greeted at check‑in. They care for their patients whether or not you have an appointment or questions. I didn’t have an appointment, but after I explained my issue I saw a nurse. My primary cardiologist, Dr. [full name], wasn’t available, so they arranged for me to see Dr. Ruple Galani. He was professional and listened to my concerns. The best at the Beaches. Check out service just as friendly.

Dr Galani is an excellent professional who inspires confidence. He is very thorough and I always feel like he is treating me as a person and not just a condition.
The triage nurse was helpful and was able to find an appointment for me more quickly than expected. The nurse was pleasant, efficient, and again seemed to see me as a person and not just a set of numbers.

Love the new building, offices are great and the staff are even better. Then there is Dr. Galani .personable from the welcoming hand shake to the wrapping up the summary of the plan of action. He clarified the possible courses of action pending the results of the echo test. I left feeling very comfortable with the present and both the near and long term plans.

The facility is easy to find. Office staff is friendly. So much Dr. Galani is very thorough and makes you feel comfortable.

I cannot begin to properly express my gratitude and respect to the facility and especially to the entire staff. The nurses, technicians and doctors explained everything to me - took care to ease my anxiety. I am as they say a "hard stick" - using the ultrasound assured them of finding a very good vein with the first stick. I highly recommend Baptist Beaches

Dr Galani is a great cardiologist who always listens, explains things I don’t understand and gives me good advice going forward. The staff are also very professional. I love that my visits run like clockwork -in and out in a timely manner!

The recent new offices are huge improvement as they are roomier, have a better professional atmosphere. The doctors I have interacted with over my experience have been professional, personable and patient focused. I actually drive much further than I need to for a cardiologists, but I do it because how I feel about my doctor and the practice as a whole.
