Excellent, prompt attention to symptoms of swollen feet & legs, immediate choice of venous ultrasound to confirm suspected diagnosis of a blood clot, prompt order of prescription for blood thinner to solve problem of blood clot found behind right knee, recommendation to ask primary physician for referral to a hematologst to address long term care. All this was accomplished in 4 hiours!!!!

Easy check-in, driving directions via portal, access via patient portal, history tracking to review prior testing. Electronic copies of blood draw available. Dr Dibu detailed explanation & knowledge of his field. Ability to discuss nutrition and exercise to have a holistic approach and not just utilizing medication to combat the issue. Dr Dibu sharing if a new blood test was positive or negative before the consult via a quick message in the portal.

Everything! I strongly believe I receive world class medical care at Baptist Health. My primary care doctor, Dr. [last name], is extremely thorough with my care, listens to all of my health concerns, asks probing questions about my health when I'm with him, and always comes up with an excellent treatment plan or refers me to a specialist when he believes it's best. Ditto with my heart doctor, Dr. Dibu. Some of my friends brag about the Mayo Clinic. I tell them they can have Mayo; I'm sticking with Baptist Health.

Office people and nurse were very helpful. Helped expedite my heart monitor, which for some reason did not get ordered (last lady on right as you enter, sorry did not get her name). Nurse Bethany spent time listening and explaining things when I called in with issues. Also, Dr Dibu explained options and reasoning behind decision for options he chose.

I have NEVER had the attention and time of a doctor like I did with Dr. Dibu. It was my first visit and he took almost an hour to explain everything to my husband and me and fielded all of our questions. I came for a post-opt follow-up admission from another hospital and he had obviously reviewed everything prior to my appointment and knew everything about my diagnosis/condition. I am not a pushover, did my research and had high expectations. He exceeded those! I hope he is with the Baptist group for a long time! The office staff was very efficient in all ways!
