The nurses there, especially Rhonda and Sam have helped my family through my daughter's childhood cancer. They helped us have a local lab draw when she had a port. They are always kind and encouraging. My nurse on this visit told me I would love Dr. Preston. She said he is so kind and considerate. After meeting him, I completely agree. He listened to my fears and concerns and helped me feel confident in our plan for health maintenance.

Alpena Cancer Care center is one of the best most professional medical services in the area. The staff is friendly, caring and professional. I feel safe and cared for by the staff and doctors.

Being diagnosed with cancer was absolutely devastating. I don't think I would be doing as well as I am with such a better attitude if it weren't for Dr Preston and his team. They seem to take my care and treatments personaly. They listen when I really wanted to give up, and make me want to keep fighting.

I would say - in all honesty and fairness that though throughout the years I have received good care from most of my health care providers - that Dr. Horton and the staff at Au Gres Family Clinic are the very best I have experienced. They are not only prompt and courteous - but they are friendly, concerned and knowledgeable. I feel very blessed to have them as my medical providers - ! One leaves the appointment feeling as though one has been SEEN and UNDERSTOOD by professionals - but also treated as a real human being, not just a client. They really are the best.

Jenn is almost a doctor with a heck of a lot better bedside manner! Short of seeing an actual physician, she is the best. Staff is very professional and helpful.

I think that the U of M and Dr Preston are the only place I would want to he is one of the best I have seen in the last year and a half I have been dealing with this problem. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
