Dr Preston is great. He's knowledgeable and personable. The appointment process needs work. An appointment was made for me without consulting me, I discovered the appointment on my schedule for radiology. When I talked to a staff member to confirm the appointment time I was told to arrive at a different time. That advice turned out to be wrong, I ended up arriving at the wrong time, I had to leave and come back.

I was so pleased with hematology setting. Everyone knowledgeable , friendly and knew exactly what was needed for mu needed iron infusions. She had reviewed my records from where I had moved and was ready to schedule infusions as needed. Thankful for this set up and so close to home.

I got done with Dr. Preston and went to the station to make my next appointment and the lady was not at her desk. We waited probably 10 minutes for her to return to her desk. I was not happy with her.
