Dr Preston is great. He's knowledgeable and personable. The appointment process needs work. An appointment was made for me without consulting me, I discovered the appointment on my schedule for radiology. When I talked to a staff member to confirm the appointment time I was told to arrive at a different time. That advice turned out to be wrong, I ended up arriving at the wrong time, I had to leave and come back.

Jennifer is absolutely wonderful! She spent more than 40 minutes with me explaining my blood test results and her plan to get my counts back to normal. I was very impressed with her knowledge and professionalism and "bedside manner". She made me feel secure knowing that my health is in her capable hands. Jennifer is an excellent provider!

I was so pleased with hematology setting. Everyone knowledgeable , friendly and knew exactly what was needed for mu needed iron infusions. She had reviewed my records from where I had moved and was ready to schedule infusions as needed. Thankful for this set up and so close to home.

I got done with Dr. Preston and went to the station to make my next appointment and the lady was not at her desk. We waited probably 10 minutes for her to return to her desk. I was not happy with her.
