I think the Infusion Center and Dr. Hitzleberger are both very good, but they definitely need more support staff and oncologists.

What an amazing doctor, so knowledgeable, answers all questions, provides excellent information, is not a hurry, takes all of the time necessary to make sure the patient understands everything.

Excellent. Tracy took so much time with me to help get some answers and make the right decisions. Dr Hitzelburger was so understanding and kind. We are blessed to have them in Alpena.

Dr. Preston really isn't our provider but I have seen him on 2 occasions as he was taking over Dr. H's patients due to an emergency. I have called (Dr being on call) Dr. Preston's office after hours due to reactions I was having and got a response very quickly. Impressed with the care I have received from this facility and am grateful for all who take so much care and concern for my overall health and care. Thank you so much.

I came to DE Heitzelberger to identify the root cause of a collection of symptoms. He did so directly and identified the cause and prescribed the care plan.

Dr. Hitzelberger is very good at adapting to patients needs and adjusts as he deems necessary and fitting...seeing him initially was a choice and I would make those same decisions today!
