The whole Oncology department is run like a well oiled machine. The nurses and attendants are excellent Chris and Chad and Angela etc operative they’ve known Me for years and are very friendly and caring and efficient.

Dr. Hitzelberger is very knowledgeable about new treatments available. I appreciate that he is easy to speak to and patient answering my questions. He's always in a good mood and keeps the appointments on time and to the point. I've very grateful to have him as my doctor.

I'm very thankful to have Dr Hitzelberger as my oncologist. He's very comfortable to confide in and responds easily to my questions. I'm so grateful for the Alpena Hospital, all the staff I've met, and the services it provides.

Friendly and outgoing staff. Listens to what you say. Never a long waiting period. I love that my appointments are all set up on the same day so I don’t have to drive multiple times since sim 40 minutes away. Highly recommend.
