Kind, considerate, and very patient. Never made me feel bad about asking questions, no matter how difficult or simple they were. Always called me by my name and would make me feel comfortable. They all are very friendly.

The doctor is always kind and caring and I think he sets the tone for all those in his office. The doctor manages to be very professional AND personable not an easy combination to pull off in their line of work. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to choose Dr. Hitzelberger and his staff.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Him and his staff are very knowledgeable and courteous and caring. He knew my cancer did not follow the traits of a her2+ cancer even though a biopsy and a pathology reports said it was. His determination and retest at UofM proved the other two tests were false positives. He saved me from having to do chemo, radiation and herceptin infusions for a year. I will be forever grateful for his perception that there might be an error and not having unneeded treatments.

My experience with Dr. Preston is outstanding. You could not find better health care anywhere. The treatment I received has had 100% positive results. The large massive growth in my naisel and sinus cavity is gone. Thanks to Dr. Preston.
