Dr. Langford was wonderful. First time I had met him. He was very efficient. Listen to my words explained everything to me so that I could understand everything. He was one of the nicest doctors that I have ever dealt with in my 85 years. I will be glad to go back and see him again. I do have a follow up appointment with him and I will keep it.

Dr Trinh and his team have been great! He worked with me to determine best course of treatment, helped me work that into my life’s timeline, took great care of me in the surgery process and post operatively. All of my follow up appointments and initial therapy appointments were made and easy for me when I came out of surgery and the team completed any FMLA documentation I needed for work quickly. Each visit was thorough and collaborative. I felt valued as a patient!

I can't say enough about every interaction that I had throughout my entire experience. I could honestly call out each and every individual because they ALL went above and beyond. From the surgery staff, to the office staff and the doctor… I would highly recommend all of them! Living local, it's often you hear not to go to Genesis… All I can tell you is that I am very thankful that I did not listen!!! Thank you for providing our community with healthcare providers that go above and beyond.

Dr. Trinh was exceptional! He saw me promptly and had me in surgery and repaired within 2 days!! His knowledge and expertise was excellent, and I am so thankful to have had him to provide my care!

I am 74 years old and the possibility of this not being successful was real. Dr Trinh was honest about that from the beginning , and I very much appreciated his honesty in making my decision to proceed with the surgery. I had a great outcome, and even recommended Dr Trinh for my husband’s recent shoulder surgery. I also appreciated the Physical Therapist, Stacey and others who helped me achieve my PT goals.

It was nice to be at a facility where I instantly felt that I was cared for. It was comfortable, clean, and compassionate. The front desk staff, the nurse, and Dr. Langford were exceptional in their kindness, concern, and care. Dr. Langford was very knowledgeable and able to explain scenarios, diagnoses, and plan of care in a gentle, understanding way.

Dr Hill and her staff were quick and efficient. Everyone was very informative and knowledgeable about my son’s injury! We were seen before our actual appointment time. They are top notch at what they do. We are so thankful for this service so close to home.

I felt so comfortable with the treatment I received by Dr. Langford and he explained in the manner to understand completely what to expect and experience. He also brings a very upbeat attitude to the visit that makes it enjoyable instead of sad. You look forward to the next visit not dreading it.

This was my third rotator cuff operation. It was done by Dr. Craig and the three I think this was the least painful fastest recovery. I really thought that I like the surgery but liked if I had to have it liked what he did he’s been very attentive of me and I appreciate the rehabilitation I’ve gotten at Rehab associates in Dresden. I think that the two of them make a great combination and should be used quite often.
