Dr. Jackson took his time with me. He explained the Jiffy knee procedure with expertise and answered all my questions. He is very easy to talk to. The front desk staff was very helpful and the nurses were very knowledgeable. The Xray Technologists were very kind and took their time getting the exact views the doctor ordered.

The only concern I have, which is very minuscule, when I came in the west end door there was a sign indicating on you to go to another window. But it was so small and that I had to wait in line to actually see it. Perhaps that could be enlarged so people need to wait to find where to go. Everyone was very cordial and very friendly!

Dr. Trinh was great. He is very knowledgeable and a skilled surgeon. He spent time with me and answered all my questions . I had a good outcome with my surgery. . His PT staff was great. I would highly recommend Dr. Trinh and his whole team.

Dr Jackson done an injection into my knee, he explained everything and I only felt the pressure on her he said that I would feel. I hope that the relief lasts as my knee hasn’t felt this good in a long time!

I just refer everyone over here. They are a calm, quiet, relaxed office. Everyone seemms to mesh well. Given how many doctor's share this space, the front facing staff really has everything under control.

Yes I had my husband there for his 9:30 appt . different Dr. same building and I had an appointment later at 3:20 , I asked if possible if I could come earlier to save a 2 hr round trip , he saw me just an hour later , which probably was his lunch break . This was my first appt . with him , which I was impressed with his easy to talk to manner .

Dr Craig was great to work with. He laid things out so I could easily understand the next steps during my surgery and recovery. Tori, Dr Craig’s nurse was fantastic. She always got back to me quickly when I had questions or concerns. She was very prompt in returning any paperwork needed for my disability. You should be glad to have both representing your hospital.

This receptionist was very informative and respectful. The doctor was amazing. He can read an x-ray. I mean it was great. I was shocked to find out what he saw in my x-rays!!!! And I appreciate him very much!
