I love Cori(y) Dr Thrinh’s nurse. She makes me feel very at ease during my appointments and every time I have spoken to her in the phone. As an LPN her experience is extraordinary. My family who attended my appointments were also impressed with both Dr Trinh and Cori.

Dr Trinh and the nurse I had (I wish I could remember her name) were nothing short of delightful to me. They were kind, knowledgeable, empathetic and very thorough during my visit. I have never had a Dr care as much as Dr Trinh and the nurse I had. It was a very pleasant experience and would recommend my loved ones here.

Dr Trinh was outstanding. His bedside manner was above and beyond. He made himself aware of my chronic history and advised accordingly. He was humble and that says multitudes about a person’s character. The staff was equally helpful and kind.

Had to have surgery to repair torn rotator cuff and a couple other torn tendons and was referred to Dr Thai Trinh. He was thorough in explaining how he would repair my shoulder and the recovery process. The surgery went well, he repaired everything and a couple other issues he saw during the procedure. He was very thorough after the surgery to explain everything to my wife and to me at the first appointment afterwards. He is very professional, has a great personality, is enjoyable to talk with, and nurse Cori is excellent also. During the initial visit I asked how many of these surgeries he has performed. The number he told me was encouraging and I had the utmost confidence in him. The success of the surgery and my recovery in the first six weeks is a testament to his expertise. I will recommend him highly to anyone that is in need of this kind of surgery. The overall experience with the other Genesis Orthopedics staff is excellent also.

Our appointment with the doctor to discuss his MRI and shoulders. Surgery was very good. He explained everything in great detail so that we could understand it and make a decision.

Dr Trinh aways takes his time and answers all of my questions. I was going to another Dr in Columbus and heard good things about Dr Trinh and I talked to him a learned more from him I one visit then the other Dr I was going to for over 1 year, so I changed to Dr Trinh Best thing I did! He's the best!

Corey is like a best friend I can tell her anything ! So real and personable . Thai Trinnh is a very good doctor he acknowledges my concerns makes excellent eye contact recognized I require real answers and am not the average patient.

The receptionist was very helpful. There was a computer set up which was not very user friendly and she stepped up right away and helped me in her office. The entire staff was friendly and efficient.

From the first time I met ty he always took time to explain and tell me everything that was going on. He was always truthful with me and didn't act like he was in a hurry to get rid of me. Always listened and took care of my questions and explained everything that was going to happen
