Dr. Jackson took his time with me. He explained the Jiffy knee procedure with expertise and answered all my questions. He is very easy to talk to. The front desk staff was very helpful and the nurses were very knowledgeable. The Xray Technologists were very kind and took their time getting the exact views the doctor ordered.

Dr Jackson done an injection into my knee, he explained everything and I only felt the pressure on her he said that I would feel. I hope that the relief lasts as my knee hasn’t felt this good in a long time!

Everything, everyone was great and I have been telling everybody about Dr. Jackson and how great he is about your situation. He cares about you and treats you as a person not a number. And if I need anything else done I'll be coming back. He and his office are wonderful we need more like them.

The doctor and his explanation of the Jiffy knee replacement was impressive, I made an immediate decision to change from my current orthopedic doctor to Dr. Jackson. His nursing staff was excellent, thorough and had a definite interest in making sure my appointment was in my best interest.

Dr. Jackson is the most caring physician I have encountered in my 84 years of life. He was so kind and respectful. I didn’t feel like I was just a chart number. Even though I am old and I know my body is not what it used to be to be, I am still a person who desires to live the best life I can with the body I have been given. Dr. Jackson seem to respect that. Genesis is fortunate to have a doctor like him on your staff.

Dr Gray Jackson had the best Bedside manners I had ever witnessed. He was confident he was thorough and he let me know that I was right candidate for the jiffy knee I was scared and I kept putting it off but with his prestige attitude and telling me that everything was going to be okay I really do believe him thank you

I have learned to trust Dr Jackson his nurse and the office staff. I have never felt inhibited to talk to Dr Jackson's nurse or Dr Jackson. I would never think about going anywhere else. Dr Jackson is awesome and I trust him immensely and his nurse.
