The receptionist was very friendly! I didn’t catch her name. Darcy was fantastic at the office and also with follow-up calls!!!

Dr Jackson recognized a problem that was causing a set back in my recovery and addressed it and I have improved with therapies.

I believe Dr Jackson is an excellent Dr with a wonderful patient rapport. The whole staff at Genesis Orthopedic are excellent. I feel safe to put myself in their care.

Dr Jackson's knowledge and expertise is a mile above anything I expected His bedside manner and explaining everything is above excellence. On a scale of 1-10 if I could he would be a 50. My husband and I are very pleased and thankful for his knowledge and excellence as a Dr.

Dr Jackson and staff have treated me so well that I have referred my father (knee replacement surgery), my father in law (2 hip replacement surgeries), and three other friends. Over the years, I’ve had a lot of doctors and none of them have been as professional, courteous and kind as Dr. Jackson. My appointment was actually next week, but he knew my concerns and work to get me in sooner. I cannot thank him enough. His staff has always treated me like family too.

Dr. Jackson takes time with each patient and is concerned about how you may have been treated by others in office or the hospital. He takes time to correct any problems for you if possible.

His bedside manner was and is always top notched. Always look forward to seeing any of the workers in Dr. Jacksons office. I feel very comfortable having Dr. Jackson as one of my doctors. I recommend him to any one who wants a doctor in his field. I would say he is top in his field.
