The doctor and his explanation of the Jiffy knee replacement was impressive, I made an immediate decision to change from my current orthopedic doctor to Dr. Jackson. His nursing staff was excellent, thorough and had a definite interest in making sure my appointment was in my best interest.

I got an appointment very quickly and Dr.Jackson answered all my questions and explained the procedure I was asking about in great detail. The front desk receptionist was pleasant and helpful.

They are outstanding. I never have to wait long at all. And I get all my Questions answered and when I call in for a prescription, they make sure it's taken care of and I don't have one complaint at all about Dr. Corey Jackson's office.

Dr. Jackson is the most caring physician I have encountered in my 84 years of life. He was so kind and respectful. I didn’t feel like I was just a chart number. Even though I am old and I know my body is not what it used to be to be, I am still a person who desires to live the best life I can with the body I have been given. Dr. Jackson seem to respect that. Genesis is fortunate to have a doctor like him on your staff.

Dr Gray Jackson had the best Bedside manners I had ever witnessed. He was confident he was thorough and he let me know that I was right candidate for the jiffy knee I was scared and I kept putting it off but with his prestige attitude and telling me that everything was going to be okay I really do believe him thank you

I have learned to trust Dr Jackson his nurse and the office staff. I have never felt inhibited to talk to Dr Jackson's nurse or Dr Jackson. I would never think about going anywhere else. Dr Jackson is awesome and I trust him immensely and his nurse.

I called on the 25th, thinking It would be a couple weeks before I would be seen. Thankfully there had been a cancelation and I was seen the next day. Dr Jackson and the team are professional, kind and enthusiastic. Keep up the good work.

Dr. Jackson is kind, caring, knowledgeable, personable, listens to you and is 100% the best Ortho doctor here in Zanesville, Ohio. He is always smiling. My visit and x-rays on March 9, 2026: perfect. My first set of knee replacements were done by a recently retired Ortho doctor at a different location in Zanesville Ohio.

Dr. Jackson and the Care Coordinators were awesome at every step of the process. The receptionist and team always responded to my needs in regards to my FMLA request and jury duty exemption requests. I appreciate all that they did. Excellent care and I am back on my knee!

dr jackson listened carefully offered conversation caring and compassion. he recognized symptoms and disease processes other providers had ignored. genesis should keep him on board. the staff there is kind and compassionate as well. all have administered exemplary care!
