Dr Craig was wonderful!! He explained my injury. He listened to me. Gave me my options and helped me choose what option was right for me. They immediately scheduled my follow up appointment. I am so blessed I was referred to him.

Nurses was great-polite, respectful and knowledgeable. I saw both Dr Craig and Dr Langford within 2 weeks of each other and they’re amazing providers that are willing to double up my surgeries so i don’t have to be under anesthesia twice. They’re amazing at their specialties and jobs

Dr. Craig was very accommodating and patient with me and giving me information that I was not prepared for. His nurse Tori was also very helpful at answering questions even after I had left the office.

From day 1, I found everyone at Genesis to be patient, caring, and understanding. Everyone from receptionist, x-rays, nurses doctor they all showed so much empathy and caring for their patience that I was astounded. You don’t see the kind of care that these people have every day in hospitals that just I’ve been in a few hospitals and Genesis by far surpasses every medical professional I have ever dealt with

Dr Craig has been amazing. He listens to concerns and answers all of our questions and does so in a kind manner. He doesn’t act annoyed or irritated by all of our questions. We have appreciated him so much!

Nurse with dr Craig very polite I was scared to get cortisone shot she came in room to talk to me so dr could administer shot when I wasn’t paying attention. Great dr n nurse also receptionist helped me get signed in on computer.

The whole experience was outstanding! I injured my shoulder and was treated at the walk in clinic. I was there for a little over two hours which I was expecting it to be longer, so I thought that was amazing. In the 2 hours, I got an X-ray, spoke to the PA while she explained my X-ray and was scheduled for an MRI. The following week I was scheduled to see Dr Craig. Easy to talk to, listens well and set up a plan for treatment. I am a repeat customer from now on. Thank you!

All of the PT's that worked with me during therapy were top notch professionals. I feel like I got to know them and vice versa. They were genuinely caring people. It's good to be done with therapy but I will actually miss these people.

I was very impressed with him saying that he wanted to try things other than going straight to surgery..as that was my same feeling..I'm hoping that I can eleviate the pain and heal up without a surgery and hopefully reduce my pain and not reinjure or make it worse.. seems we were on the same page..

The doctor and nurse were both great. When I called in a nurse got me in to an earlier appointment, instead of waiting 2 more months.
