Dr Craig and his nurses are the best in the business! They actually treat u with respect and is very good at taking care of paperwork which has been life saving!!!

This was my third rotator cuff operation. It was done by Dr. Craig and the three I think this was the least painful fastest recovery. I really thought that I like the surgery but liked if I had to have it liked what he did he’s been very attentive of me and I appreciate the rehabilitation I’ve gotten at Rehab associates in Dresden. I think that the two of them make a great combination and should be used quite often.

Time it took to get into the doctor was amazing I called the night before and he gave me an appointment that day he does a great job and goes beyond what a doctor to make it patient happy

Everyone at genesis is always happy an smiling an just overall pleasant to be around!!! We have moved almost all our medical care to genesis. Thanks for being the best!

Dr Craig done more for me in one visit than my other Dr did in 10 months. All that I have been through this last year it was good to have a Dr that listened to me and cared about my health and wants to find answers for me. Grateful I was referred to Genesis Ortho. Praying it will continue and I will be able to walk on my own again without worry of falling or something else happening. Thank you.

Dr Craig was great to work with. He laid things out so I could easily understand the next steps during my surgery and recovery. Tori, Dr Craig’s nurse was fantastic. She always got back to me quickly when I had questions or concerns. She was very prompt in returning any paperwork needed for my disability. You should be glad to have both representing your hospital.

It is great that the Dr needed x rays and they can be completed on site rather than sending you to the hospital to complete. This makes a big difference for me as I have difficulty walking.

Personally, I did not expect the quick responses on all aspects of the visits and communication with the doctor and the nurses and very grateful for the short timeframe and the professionalism of the doctors and nurses

I got in very quickly. Care/assessment of my complaint was thoroughly assessed and I had a solid plan before I left the office. Dr Craig and his staff are very friendly, supportive of my goals, compassionate and attentive. I will always recommend him and his office.

Dr Craig was wonderful!! He explained my injury. He listened to me. Gave me my options and helped me choose what option was right for me. They immediately scheduled my follow up appointment. I am so blessed I was referred to him.

Nurses was great-polite, respectful and knowledgeable. I saw both Dr Craig and Dr Langford within 2 weeks of each other and they’re amazing providers that are willing to double up my surgeries so i don’t have to be under anesthesia twice. They’re amazing at their specialties and jobs

From day 1, I found everyone at Genesis to be patient, caring, and understanding. Everyone from receptionist, x-rays, nurses doctor they all showed so much empathy and caring for their patience that I was astounded. You don’t see the kind of care that these people have every day in hospitals that just I’ve been in a few hospitals and Genesis by far surpasses every medical professional I have ever dealt with
