I thought that the assistant or nurse that was with him was very clear. I'm too new at this to have any idea what I'm into because this was the first meeting and everything was new. And making judgments on Dr. Galli is not good. He's a little bit more informal and less right to the point, but he was very personable. And I seemed happy. My initial impression of the clinic is that it is very good and that I'm glad I'm there. I was never given any alternate ideas, which I mean, that would have been nice to know, but that's more on the whole treatment plan than Dr. Galli. Thank you.

They listened, they got to the issue and resolved it the way I wanted it resolved and it was sensible too. I really will keep on going to this clinic even though it's a little far away. I don't care. Please take care to keep bathroom clean. I was instructed to take two hibiclens showers at home to prep for surgery which I did. I was disappointed in the dirtiness of the bathrooms I used prior to my surgery. (wet toilet seats)

The tasks that came through MyChart before the surgery were too generic. Instead of stating a generic instruction and caveating it with "unless directed differently" the tasks should be patient specific. It confused me several times resulting in needing to call docs office to get clarity. The tasks were useless and confusing for me.

The only part that was very difficult was being rushed through post op due to the time of day. Also, I had been called about an hour before the scheduled arrival time and asked if I could come early. We scrambled to get there early, but ended in surgery over an hour after the original scheduled time. I understand delays and changes, but it was hard on my old body especially with my chronic dryness.

The only issue I had with my procedure is no one told me about the bruising that would or could occur around my incision sites. One of my bruises covered the upper half of my arm and I didn't expect that. I would have liked some prior knowledge of that. Otherwise, i couldn't have been more pleased with my experience.
