I would have liked to have seen my surgeon after the surgery so she could explain to me what she did.
I liked the way they all included the person who came with me.

I never saw the doctor. She was 35 minutes late. I had another appointment that day. I had to walk out without seeing her. This is not acceptable. If I was that late to the appointment you would have canceled it.

I appreciate Dr. Wildenberg taking time to show me my prior imaging results and point out various tissues, vessels, and other parts before showing me to white area where I could see it was obviously different from the white due to my dense fibrocystic breasts. She was a great listener and we were able to talk over what it could be and treatment options and choose a plan. She was very kind and gained my trust as both a patient and nurse since 1980.

I have come to Southdale Hospital for a few surgeries and procedures and I don't have anything but wonderful things to say. Everybody treats you great, are very helpful. They greet you with a smile and they treat you like it's great that you are there and they want to help you and how can they help you and everything to make it as easy as possible. So I can't say enough about the hospital or the center or the doctors or the nurses and the whole staff, all the staff. Just amazing. So thank you.

Hello, I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sarah Wildenberg. She was kind, very, very thorough. She walked into the room and had looked over my charts and all of my images, showed me all of the information, and asked me a lot of historical data as well. I felt extremely well cared for, more than I have honestly, in a very, very long time, probably since COVID. So I just wanted to give a shout out to her. She spent a good amount of time just running through everything, going through all my concerns, answering every single question that I had, and giving me the detail that I needed. She was absolutely fantastic. You guys are very, very lucky to have her.

I have the best surgeon in Dr Wildenberg. Everyone in her service was excellent from the anesthesiologist to the two female nurses who brought me to the surgery room. Obviously this is a stressful thing for anyone having surgery but this crew made me feel safe, heard and comfortable.

This has been a lengthy and horrendous experience up to this point, riddle with mis-information, lack of empathy and follow through, but I finally feel safe and heard in Dr Wildenberg's care.

The whole experience was good except for the fact that I had to wait an hour with my robe on waiting. I would have preferred to have been out in the lobby and then called in and had a shorter waiting time in the doctor's office itself. OK, that's all.

The young lady that brought me back to the room and did my admission assessment for the doctor and took my blood pressure and that kind of stuff was very, very pleasant. I didn't get her name and she didn't have a name tag on. Everyone else treated me with courtesy and respect. I would definitely and have recommended Dr. Sarah and you people in her office to my family. My daughter has had surgery by Dr. Sarah. Have a good day.
