Dr. Krook was very helpful in explaining what happened with my past surgery and how that would affect any future procedure. He was also helpful in advising future care of my condition to make sure I get the best medical advise.

I thought in my case, the anesthesiologist did a great job of working with me with getting the right anesthesia treatment, which is different from usual. The one thing I thought more advice could have been provided for was the post-operative pain and how that would be for a few days, for several days after surgery. Thank you.

Dr. Krook, (A.K.A. the "Cyst King") the cut was larger than anticipated, but it looked amazing when the bandages came off on the 14th. Very little pain, swelling, bruising to this point and no discharge - Amazing!

They can't fit in my surgery in before the end of the year, therefore its difficult to plan a surgery there when my UMR / UnitedHealthcare may not be accepted at Fairview on Jan. 13th.

I was made to feel very comfortable, and everything was explained to the fullest extent. They took my concerns with a past experience with IV insertion very seriously and this experience was very good. Very much appreciated.

I have had experiences with a lot of doctors and nurses over the last year, unfortunately, most have not been good. I am so thankful for Dr. Krook and his team'from clinic to surgery, they were all so wonderful.

Having not had surgery in 30 years, I was impressed with all the new small steps that made the experience easier for me - specific instructions about aftercare for my procedure, everything I needed from the pharmacy handed to me as I left, a call the day after from a nurse, the many invitations to call if I had any questions. Thank you.

Overall a very speedy process and very helpful with any questions I had at the time. Just didn't realize how much swelling of the groin and testicles I would have after the hernia surgery. I will be sure to reach out if any pain or other symptoms come up that I'm not 100% sure about.
