I was made to feel very comfortable, and everything was explained to the fullest extent. They took my concerns with a past experience with IV insertion very seriously and this experience was very good. Very much appreciated.

I have had experiences with a lot of doctors and nurses over the last year, unfortunately, most have not been good. I am so thankful for Dr. Krook and his team'from clinic to surgery, they were all so wonderful.

Having not had surgery in 30 years, I was impressed with all the new small steps that made the experience easier for me - specific instructions about aftercare for my procedure, everything I needed from the pharmacy handed to me as I left, a call the day after from a nurse, the many invitations to call if I had any questions. Thank you.

Overall a very speedy process and very helpful with any questions I had at the time. Just didn't realize how much swelling of the groin and testicles I would have after the hernia surgery. I will be sure to reach out if any pain or other symptoms come up that I'm not 100% sure about.

I was so impressed that Dr. Krook took the time to explain my options, the procedure, the aftermath, and my next steps. Never once did I feel he was talking down to me and he stated that he wants to teach his patients. He's a keeper.

As much as I don't want to see Dr. Krook again, as I am healed, he has been my favorite doctor for my last years worth of surgeries, many different doctors and recoveries. He is sooo positive and well prepared, like he actually looks at your "chart" before coming in the exam room.

I called into the surgery center with questions after mt surgery and the MD on call was very helpful, gave me clear directions and told me what to look for if I needed more assistance.

I found it to be an educational visit beginning with the brochure. I was handed at check-in with details about my situation. Dr. Krook was just as and more informative as well. It was a nice visit.

The consult gave me a clear treatment plan and next steps were initiated. I had to wait an hour to see the physician, not sure why that happened.

All the staff in this clinic were very friendly and patient. It was a very pleasant experience.

Dr. Krook was excellent. He spent enough time with me and made eye contact the entire conversation. He explained the surgery in detail and gave me time to ask questions. A previous surgeon I saw in this clinic was not nearly as good as Krook in the initial meeting.

Dr. Crook was a very good listener and was able to tell and show me what I needed. He has helped me with a weight loss program and seems very invested in seeing me be successful to better health.
