Let's start with the front staff, they are friendly and efficient. Maddie, the PA is wonderful. She knows you, respects you and meets you with a friendly smile and warm welcome. The main event is Dr Herring. He comes in with a smile and a let's do this together attitude. No shaming or criticism, just a willingness to helping you. Love this office.

I’m an established patient. I find that I’m able to get an appointment within a very reasonable period of time to address an illness. Once there, things run on time, with minimal wait time to be seen by the provider. I’ve seen my doctor, as well as PA Rachel and NP Vanessa (depending on appointment availability) and have been satisfied with the care given by each provider. The practice seems efficiently run in all areas.

This office is the best in the baptist system. I have used Baptist for over 30 years. All of the Staff and the Office manager, Brooke are so professional and helpful. I feel that they are really concerned about giving the best medical care possible..

I called at 9:30 and they got me right in. They diagnosed what i had as a sinus infection, not just an ordinary cold. They gave me the antibiotic and told me what OTC to take and in a couple days, i was already feeling better after being sick for a week. As always, everyone was very friend. 11 out of 10 stars!

Knowledgeable staff from the front office to the back office. Nurses are all very friendly and helpful. Dr. Herring listens, which seems to be a rare commodity with doctors recently. He is cognizant of all health issues affecting his patients and make recommendations based on that. Maddie, Dr. Herring's nurse, is a gem. She makes you feel comfortable and thoroughly covers your chart every visit.
