The staff is so friendly. Any portal messaging is handled promptly, my provider (Coggins - PA) has the best bedside manner and is pro “let’s fix the problem”. I’m very grateful for her!

Everyone there is always so nice - they got me in asap when I wasn’t feeling well. Dr. Herring is great - he listens and is spot on when figuring out what’s wrong. Highly recommend that office.

This office is so customer focused. They are always prompt in making sure you don't have a long wait. The staff and and all associates are very professional. I have used the Baptist health system for over 30 years. This is the best run office, when comparing to the others that I have used over the years..

Dr. Herring is thorough and efficient in his treatment of his patients. The office staff is excellent. Anytime a referral is needed, they are fast. And help get you where you need to go. I have been very happy with my care at Baptist primary care.

Dr Sethi is an extremely personable Dr. He listens to all all your concerns and offers real solutions to help you be at your best. I highly recommend this office. In the age of Dr. offices over booking appointments, he still takes the necessary amount of time to make sure you are getting and staying healthy. The office is also extremely helpful with getting appointments. They truly value your time.
