The office was clean, the appointment was on time, and the staff was friendly! (Even though it was 8AM in the morning)
Dr. Herring was friendly and knowledgeable, and answered any questions I had with easy-to-understand explanations.

A very good doctor that is willing to listen to what you have to say and explains a lot that other doctors just skip over. I highly recommend him. Very courteous staff and it's been a pleasure to come to this office that others that I have been.

Madison provides a welcoming and professional environment. She has a great sense of humor and makes her patients feel comfortable prior to seeing Dr. Herring. PA-C Coggins is a most excellent healthcare provider. The nursing and office staff are superior. The location is excellent and the office appearance is top notch. I'm not a big fan of healthcare situations but Baptist Durbin Park Primary Care is as good an experience with great results as can be had anywhere.

I’ve always had the worst case of white coat syndrome, so visiting any doctor’s office can be extremely stressful for me. From the moment I walked in, this office made the experience so easy and calming. The staff was friendly, understanding, and patient, and the doctor took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit.
They went above and beyond to reduce my anxiety, from gentle communication to a smooth check-in process. I honestly never thought a doctor’s visit could feel this stress-free, and I’m so grateful for their care. Highly recommend to anyone, especially if medical visits make you nervous!

As a first time patient it was a Great experience. The receptionist was very friendly and the care nurse was very thorough. She didn’t rush through the questions which I appreciated. Dr. Herring was just outstanding. He took the time to listen to me explain my health issues and assured me that he would help me get my health issues back to normal range. 10 stars

Conveniently located. The facility is clean. The staff were courteous and professional. The time spent with the receiving nurse to gather new patient information was perfect. The Doctor was exceptional. We discussed many issues. His input into "My Chart" was immediate and comprehensive.
