Great medical assistant that was very professional and thorough completing my intake. Dr. Truong was very kind, gentle and thorough as well. She had a great bedside manner and I felt like she cared about making sure all of my concerns were addressed.

Oh My God!!!! THIS PLACE IS THE BEST…every single person of the staff is super sweet, welcoming, willing to help and guide you. Listened carefully to every detail I provided to them. Dr. Truong is the sweetest ever! Very detailed in her explanations, wanting to do the best for my care. Cant be any happier with my new PCP office! Thanks everyone for the amazing work you do! Aside note: the decoration of the office is beyond any expectations, which tells me there is a lot of care for how people feel when in there. Very clean place too.

We had the best healthcare we could imagine in Colorado and were a bit anxious we could find comparable care in the St. Augustine/Jacksonville area, but we have been even more impressed with the caring team at Baptist Primary Care at Durbin Park. Kim and the office staff are kind, caring, and meet patients needs with a genuine family concern and actions. Dr Thu and the medical staff provide outstanding patient care with the same family approach blended with their professionalism that assures you they understand your condition(s) and provide the care you need or refer you to the Baptist health system specialist needed for your health concerns. There may be other superb primary care teams in the Jacksonville area, but we cannot imagine there are any better than what we have experienced at Durbin Park. [ ]
