The office was clean, the appointment was on time, and the staff was friendly! (Even though it was 8AM in the morning)
Dr. Herring was friendly and knowledgeable, and answered any questions I had with easy-to-understand explanations.

A very good doctor that is willing to listen to what you have to say and explains a lot that other doctors just skip over. I highly recommend him. Very courteous staff and it's been a pleasure to come to this office that others that I have been.

Madison provides a welcoming and professional environment. She has a great sense of humor and makes her patients feel comfortable prior to seeing Dr. Herring. Dr. Herring spends the time to listen and provide appropriate care for his patients. Front and back office staff are friendly and professional.

I’ve always had the worst case of white coat syndrome, so visiting any doctor’s office can be extremely stressful for me. From the moment I walked in, this office made the experience so easy and calming. The staff was friendly, understanding, and patient, and the doctor took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit.
They went above and beyond to reduce my anxiety, from gentle communication to a smooth check-in process. I honestly never thought a doctor’s visit could feel this stress-free, and I’m so grateful for their care. Highly recommend to anyone, especially if medical visits make you nervous!

As a first time patient it was a Great experience. The receptionist was very friendly and the care nurse was very thorough. She didn’t rush through the questions which I appreciated. Dr. Herring was just outstanding. He took the time to listen to me explain my health issues and assured me that he would help me get my health issues back to normal range. 10 stars

Conveniently located. The facility is clean. The staff were courteous and professional. The time spent with the receiving nurse to gather new patient information was perfect. The Doctor was exceptional. We discussed many issues. His input into "My Chart" was immediate and comprehensive.

Dr. Herring is great. When he walks in the door he already knows your history. He takes time with his patients and listens. This is not always the case with other medical professionals. I trust his diagnosis and solutions even more than some specialists.
Maddie is an exceptional MA. She is thorough and pleasant. I always enjoy meeting with her.

Dr Herring actually gave me the time of day and listens to the questions that I have and actually gives me thoughtful responses in this day and age it's really hard to find a provider who actually take the time and actually answer all the questions at hand and who is actually patient with you but Dr Herring does that all the time very much appreciate him
