Let's start with the front staff, they are friendly and efficient. Maddie, the PA is wonderful. She knows you, respects you and meets you with a friendly smile and warm welcome. The main event is Dr Herring. He comes in with a smile and a let's do this together attitude. No shaming or criticism, just a willingness to helping you. Love this office.

Knowledgeable staff from the front office to the back office. Nurses are all very friendly and helpful. Dr. Herring listens, which seems to be a rare commodity with doctors recently. He is cognizant of all health issues affecting his patients and make recommendations based on that. Maddie, Dr. Herring's nurse, is a gem. She makes you feel comfortable and thoroughly covers your chart every visit.

Location: Close to shops so I can do some shopping after my doctor's visit. Appointment availability: Multiple time slots to book an appointment with different doctors. Beach Walk is closer to me but somewhat limited availability for appointments. Staff: Very courteous and professional staff. Mattie deserves a raise.

I love the accessibility to talk to someone in the office by phone or portal message. I love that it is super easy to get an appointment when I or my family member’s need one. The staff is friendly and efficient. The office is always clean.

I thought Dr. Herring's medical assistant was super sweet and caring and listened to everything. She took her time to learn about me. Dr. Herring was super attentive to my situation and needs! I felt cared for and heard. I think we are going to have a great relationship!

i have been goin here for many years to Dr. [ ] and MOW I just got to meet my new doctor, Dr.Herring and I am Very pleased with him. Also Madison or rather Madi, was excellenr, very efficient. The office staff seemed to be improved.
