I enjoy the friendly staff. Every time I call I speak with a person and not an automated AI system. They are responsive and attentive to patients needs or questions. Location is easy to get to. Office is always clean. All staff is very prompt and engaged. Appointments are kept on schedule. The environment feels helpful and safe.

From the front office to Dr. Herring, there are so many examples of how this office exhibits the highest quality of care I have ever experienced. Tyler in the front office is great and works hard to give you same day appointments if necessary. Maddie, Dr. Herring's nurse, is always so warm and inviting. Dr Herring is thorough and listens to your concerns. He is always willing to answer any questions and spends the time necessary to make you feel like there is a plan in place regarding your medical situation. Recently, I left a message with the nursing staff late in the day and did not expect a return call until the next day. Dr. Herring called me that evening to address my question. How many doctors do that? Only the best! Last, but certainly not least, is Brooke. She is the office manager. Recently she spent a great deal of time trying to navigate some insurance issues regarding a particular prescription. This was not the first time she handled insurance related issues for me. I truly appreciate her knowledge and expertise to effectively resolve issues such as these. This medical team is invested in their patients wellbeing and are exceptional in their professions. If you are looking for a PCP, I would highly recommend them. There isn't a better team out there.

The office staff is friendly and helpful. Maddie the tech is superior! She relaxes you and comforts you as she takes your vitals. Dr Herring is the BEST!!! He makes you feel as if you are the only one in world he sees. He is friendly, listens and works with you for a solution. Great doctor! This office is an asset to the Baptist system.

Baptist Durbin is a great place. They have the best staff and Dr Herring is great. I drive farther, than I need to or care to, to continue my primary needs with these awesome people.

Both my wife and I really enjoyed meeting with Dr Herring and establishing a patient Doctor relationship the other day. Starting with the office staff and their professionalism and courtesy was truly refreshing, this was the perfect lead to meeting Dr Herring for the first time. We both enjoyed how he reviewed our past records and our new records and tests this year with other Doctors in the Baptist Health System. Look forward to having him as our family doctor moving forward into the future.
