From the time you walk in the front door the staff are welcoming, efficient and professional. Dr. Herring and his assistant are extremely easy to talk to and this is the first doctor's office I have ever enjoyed going to.

The staff is incredible. They always greet you with a smile and make you feel comfortable and most importantly heard and understood. Dr. H is a great guy down to earth and easy to talk to.

Office is efficiently run. Maddie is the best. Dr. Herring took the time necessary to go through potential diagnoses and refer me to a n endocrinologist for further evaluation. Staff is very friendly.

Staff at Baptist Durbin are excellent. They make you feel that you are important to them and take good care of you. Dr. Herring is great! He has only been my primary physician since he came to the office last year, but I appreciate his way of communicating and working with me to achieve the best results.
