Everyone in the Heart Center helping with my TEE/Cardioversion was great and will recommend highly. The lady down in the Labs taking my blood seemed to have an unlikely attitude that made me really want to go somewhere else to have this done next time.

What I like , The office staff are very friendly and wait on you as soon as you enter the office. The Medical Assistance has a very friendly attitude speaks with a friendly voice, helpful complete her task with me in a timely matter. The APRN Diana for Dr. [ ], was there to help me with questions about my Echo reading , help me to understand her concerns I had and answered all questions. Very friendly and listen to you. I thank you for being there for me and all other patients too. That is why I would be happy to recommend family and friends.

I was very impressed with Diana Rivera, my Nurse Practitioner. She took time to make herself familiar with my record and the health issues I've developed over the past year. I felt both seen and heard'something that is often missing as you are rushed through appointments. She developed a follow-up plan and ensured I both understood and agreed with it. I feel reassured and confident that I am getting competent and compassionate care. Baptist Heart is lucky to have her!

I was seen by Diana Rivero (APRN) on 11/16/23. I was blown away by her enthusiasm, wealth of knowledge and her attention to me. She explained my condition in detail, even drawing a picture for me. Diana is a excellent example of quality care above and beyond expectations in health care today!!
