Doctor MacFalda has been my doctor for a long time. He has taken time for me to meet for a virtual visit. He is monitoring my new medication very closely and I very confident under his care. I recommend Doctor MacFalda as kind and caring physician.

I have always had great experiences with Dr Macfalda and his staff. I am happy to be dealing with him again after receiving the specialized care that he referred me to 3 years ago. It ultimately led to an end to my seizures

Initial contact was by Telehealth (zoom). My first experience with zoom. I had very good help with zoom on my end. I was not impressed. The reason for the appointment with Dr. MacFalda was for prescription coverage since my local (Alpena) doctor closed his practice. When it became necessary to have another appointment to continue the prescription availability, my wife and I were extremely pleased to be able to schedule it in Alpena to avoid the all day trip to Midland. We were MUCH more impressed with the in person visit. My wife is an [OCCUPATION] and I have her accompany me on my appointments to explain to me the tech jargon later to me. We also do an evaluation of the service, post visit. Dr. MacFalda got our highest rating following our in person session. We connected! Not so with the tele-health visit. Tele-health may work well for some visits and for some individuals, but I would be cautious in recommending it as a universal solution. Overall I would highly recommend Dr. Macfalda to others
