I had a wonderful first experience at Baptist Jacksonville Sleep Center. Nurse Practitioner Latarsha Cauthen is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and was truly responsive to all of my concerns. The office staff was equally professional and welcoming, making the entire visit a pleasure. I have full confidence in the care I’ll receive here and highly recommend this team to anyone seeking a supportive and professional environment.

I was asked to have a conference call with the Jacksonville Sleep Center on the advice of my Doctor. The nurse was very kind and after asking questions she determined I didn't need the sleep study. This was a nice feeling, as I expected that she would say it's good to do it, but she was thorough and clear in her questions and I in my answers and she felt strongly that I didn't need to do it at this time.
It was a nice affirmation that the patient isn't automatically going to be prescribed a test not needed.

As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, I got the text to check in. I did. I walked in and I sat down. Within 90 seconds I was called back and we did all the preliminary stuff. The doctor came in. We talked about my machine and how I liked it and if I had any questions and is there anything they could do to make it better. They offered their services and made sure to let me know that if I had any issues to call them immediately. All around fantastic visit. I was actually in and out before my scheduled appointment time. Absolutely loved it.
