Dr. Festic and the rest of the staff were fantastic. I have had issues with my machine and the provider that the machine came from. Dr. told me that she would work on a resolution and before the end of the day a provider reached out to set up an appointment for a new machine.

I appreciate doing the home sleep study as I have no luck going in somewhere. They were very helpful and the facility was very clean. Everything was explained and I felt good after being there.

WOW!!
Great experience @ Jax Sleep Center this week. The whole Team @ Jax Sleep Center were empathetic AND action oriented when I had an insurance denial for a vital prescription! I'm so appreciative of their efforts, especially Kim, Nicole, and Samantha. My sincere appreciation to Dr. Festic really "heard" my distress, quickly mobilized to get me tested, while also consulting with Dr. [ ]. (I believe Dr. [ ] was on vacation, yet made time for a peer consultation for their Jax Sleep Center patient's welfare.)
The following day, with their fast work and efforts, the Team had gotten me approved for my critical medication.
This team behaved with kindness and empathy and then ACTED on their concerns by working hard to get that insurance denial changed to an approval. Their advocacy was amazing and exactly what every patient would hope for! I'm very grateful for all the Jax Sleep Center's help.

The staff was very helpful and explained everything to ease my concerns. The doctor was extremely supportive and made sure I understood why I was having the test and explained the procedure to me.
