Starting with the staff that answers the phones...they are the most kind, considerate, knowledgeable and efficient group of people you would ever want to deal with. If I can't communicate with the first people I need to talk with, I don't want to deal with organization at all. As for the "professional" staff, they too are kind, they listen, they are professional and efficient and follow up with their office staff. I would highly recommend this practice.

I have been very satisfied with my counselor and his staff. I am amazed at the progress I have seen. Harry Williams is very knowledgeable and professional. "Dr. Ov" is by far the best mental health provider I have worked with in regards to medication management in the roughly 20 or so years I have needed treatment. He explains EVERY medication not just what it is but why I'm taking it and how it interacts with other medications. Even when he's running behind, he never makes me feel rushed or that he doesn't have the time for me. I am grateful for his care.
