I have been very satisfied with my counselor and his staff. I am amazed at the progress I have seen. Harry Williams is very knowledgeable and professional. He knows how to push me out of my comfort zone, and open my mind to a healthier & more positive way of thinking. The staff is so friendly and helpful.

"Dr. Ov" is by far the best mental health provider I have worked with in regards to medication management in the roughly 20 or so years I have needed treatment. He explains EVERY medication not just what it is but why I'm taking it and how it interacts with other medications. Even when he's running behind, he never makes me feel rushed or that he doesn't have the time for me. I am grateful for his care.

The office staff is incredibly helpful and communicative! I received phone calls after my last appointment to verify my prescriptions and from which pharmacy I receive them. The person who called from the office made sure I was happy with the amount I was going to be paying and confirmed all of the details with me before hanging up. My provider is very professional but also very empathetic. It's an all around positive experience for me working with Baptist Behavioral Health.

Dr Browning always lets me tell him exactly how I'm feeling what's going on and he listens without interrupting me or trying to downplay how I feel. Especially since I don't have my PSD service dog. Life has been extremely difficult for me and he listens intensively and not scribbling something on notepad

My provider listens, asks questions and truly knows and remembers the details of my life. He helps me reframe my feelings and experiences into more positive thought patterns. He is highly intelligent, kind and because of his maturity, is able to really help someone of my age. His many years of experience give me trust in his recommendations. I especially think his detailed after therapy notes on mybaptistchart are especially helpful in recalling the issues we discussed and how to move forward.
