I think the world would be a better place, if everyone had therapy once a month, pedicure and a massage. I am amazed at the healthy changes that have come out of therapy, I really like my therapist. And the staff called immediately after my appointment to get another one scheduled. I appreciate the timeliness.

Dr. Franco is an exceptional provider who always takes time to realign with me, based on events since our last session. He is a great listener. He always tailors are sessions to address relevant issues and provides invaluable insight. I cannot recommend him enough.

I feel Dr. Franco's concern for me is legitimate. His analysis and instructions for how to handle my issues have been greatly helpful. His personality is exceptional at quickly creating an atmosphere of trust and continually building upon that.

The virtual platform is intuitive and easy to access. Anytime I call staff to schedule/reschedule an appointment they are professional and efficient. I see Dr. Franco, who has had a wonderful impact on my life in many ways. He clearly cares about his patients and has a vast amount of knowledge he explains/shares in a way that makes it easy to understand and implement. Thank you.

I can always get through to the scheduling line and get my appointments made and questions answered. Dr. Miguel Franco is my guy! I love the attentiveness and strategies he teaches. Much of the time I don't even have to say it first and he knows exactly what to say to help me get through my situations. Baptist Health is my place for all of my healthcare needs!

It was easy to make an appointment with Dr. Franco. I was sent telehealth information prior to the appointment which eased my concern over proper communication. I am very satisfied with the schedulers, who have offered me assistance in case there's any miscommunication. If I remember the name of those I've talked to I would certainly recommend them for some type of award that they deserve.Dr. Franco has helped me tremendously and I would not hesitate to recommend him or Baptist behavioral Health to anyone I know.

I think Dr Franco has helped and taught me a lot. He is helping me prevent burn out at a critical time in nursing. If I had a suggestion, it would be to get him giving some classes to nurses as well as Admin to help us all through this trying time...
