Therapist is wonderful, but scheduling is always an issue. I find the scheduling staff, presumably a call center, are more concerned with getting off the phone than they are serving a patient. Some representatives are lazy - not searching all the dates. Some representatives don't listen. Some representatives are just plain rude. Some even lie - for example, I experienced a rep telling me that the therapist was on vacation, but when I brought it up with the therapist, he said he doesn't understand that statement as he was right here in the office. I score the therapist as a 10 and the scheduling as a 2.
