I have been very satisfied with my counselor and his staff. I am amazed at the progress I have seen. Harry Williams is very knowledgeable and professional. He knows how to push me out of my comfort zone, and open my mind to a healthier & more positive way of thinking. The staff is so friendly and helpful.

The way that the doctor listened to me was one of the most important things gs to me. She gave so much feedback in such a short time because she didn’t want to waste our time (which I greatly appreciated)
I’ve never went into a doctor beforewhere I didn’t have to explain myself a million different ways, she just got me and understood everything I was saying about my daughter. It was a breath of fresh air.

I was apprehensive to speak to a professional who wasn’t recommended by friends/family. From the very beginning Jessica was very approachable, encouraging and provided a non-judgmental, safe place. I had no idea how to explain why I wanted to seek help, but I found myself opening up to her I ended up explaining about 5 different life situations where I need assistance. She is a great listener, very calm and reassuring, so glad I made the call!

I've never gone to therapy before. I felt uneasy at first, but Jess made me feel ok about my feelings and assured me she's not judging me for my actions. I'm glad I met with her and look forward to future sessions so I can get the help I need.

I appreciate Donna Iverson and the way she is very honest with me. It helps me keep things in perspective and that’s very important to me. She also listens and helps me understand my feelings and whatever else I am dealing with in a way that makes me feel comfortable. Donna also is on top of her prescriptions that she prescribes and makes sure that I obtain them for use.

First, the therapist herself. I felt emotionally comfortable with Dr. Drew from the first minute. She brings empathy, expertise, understanding and kindness to the table, and I look forward to continued sessions with her--and this is after only an initial visit. Second, I appreciate the support staff--both in her office and the whole scheduling operation at Baptist Health.

My provider listens, asks questions and truly knows and remembers the details of my life. He helps me reframe my feelings and experiences into more positive thought patterns. He is highly intelligent, kind and because of his maturity, is able to really help someone of my age. His many years of experience give me trust in his recommendations. I especially think his detailed after therapy notes on mybaptistchart are especially helpful in recalling the issues we discussed and how to move forward.
