The Dr. , besides being very nice, was professional. She made me feel like she was honestly concerned about what I had to say. We had an hour long conversation, not just a visit. I felt very comfortable. This helped ease any stress I may have had prior to the appointment.

Setting up the appointment: I was able to schedule my appointment without any difficulties. Experience: My time with my phycologist is fantastic; I am always looking forward to talking to her; she makes me feel comfortable so that I can speak and express myself without reservation. I used some of her recommendations in everyday circumstances, which has improved how I communicate and conduct myself in my working environment..

Jessica Hansen has been wonderful, I completed 7 sessions with her through the Baptist EAP program. She was able to help me navigate several work and personal issues by providing helpful suggestions and insights. I learned how to prioritize self care and set appropriate boundaries. With the skills I learned from her I was able to resolve many of my depression and anxiety symptoms. My work performance improved along with my stress level.
