The front desk receptionist Sam is the best! The nurses are so kind and we just love Dr Jacobson! She is so amazing! The check out lady is so great! Just all around a great experience for my kids and I.

Location, never met a doctor I didn’t like and I like that someone answers the phone and you don’t leave a message and call back. The nurses are always quick to call back if it’s a sick visit.

We absolutely love Dr. Emanuel! He always takes the time to answer our questions and concerns, and he’s so great with the kids. He makes visits fun and really helps them feel comfortable. The office is super clean, check-in is always quick and easy, and the staff and MAs are so friendly. Couldn’t ask for a better pediatrician!

I love Baptist Pediatric at Marsh Landing. I called to talk to Ms. Shannon, I explained to her the issue. She instructed me what to do for next hour, when I called her back . I got an appointment.
I am super grateful that I found the right provider for my son. My son saw Dr. Connor and addressed my concern , assured me that my son will be okay. As a parent you want the best for your kids. With the right provider like Baptist Pediatrics Marsh Landing, I found the perfect team take of my sons health needs.

I love the flexibility of the hours and that I can always get my child seen. I've only had 1 issue with 1 Dr and that was in the hospital when she was 1st born, but other than that, every single Dr has been very easy to talk to and compassionate and really takes time both at well and sick visits!

We recently switched to Baptist Pediatrics before welcoming our third child, and we couldn’t be happier! Dr. Murray is everything you’d hope for in a pediatrician - thorough, passionate, caring, and thoughtful. Even as “veteran” parents, we’ve already learned so much from him. He takes the time to explain everything (even drawing charts and graphs, which I very much appreciate) to help us feel even more confident and comfortable navigating this first year. We’re so grateful to have found this office and Dr. Murray!

Everything! Front office staff and nurses and doctors are our favorite! They take care of our five children so well! We appreciate the responses from nurses on the phone to the front office ladies who guide us on appointments and the doctors that treat our children. We are thankful for all at Baptist Pediatrics San Jose location.
