Very friendly staff for my 7am appt. I think it is wonderful they offer 7:00am appts which makes it convenient with my work schedule. Dr Czerkawski is very nice, takes time to listen.

This visit the staff was absolutely awesome. The young lady at the front desk was so bright and cheerful at 7:30 in the morning, it set the tone for the day. Jessica, medical assistant was very friendly and sweet. She did make my arm sore with the tetanus shot, but I expected it. LOL Anne Anderson, ARNP is so thorough and asked a lot of questions to assess my health, which I greatly appreciate at my age. Lastly, there is Faye at checkout. I have "known" her for years as I've been with the practice since 2006. She always has a smile and friendly comment for you as you check out.
I will say that this was probably the best experience I've had in a long time at this practice. Keep it up please.

The experience was very friendly but most importantly, they were very timely in getting my results as well as communicating what's needed. I will remain with them for a while. I with see myself changing any time soon.

I was establishing a new Primary Care Physician relationship through Baptist Primary Care Inc. with Joseph Czerkawski, MD. I found Dr. Czerkawski to be attentive and provided thorough explanations with a compassionate demeanor.
Joseph Czerkawski, MD clearly reflected to me expertise in his field with an ability to put this patient at ease. Lab orders and the results were promptly messaged to me the same day of my introduction.
Very friendly, informative, and efficient intake process for a new patient and I felt well taken care of by the doctor and all the staff at Baptist Primary Care Inc.
