I've had 3GPs since moving here (Millenium, St. Vincent's and Baptist. Was also on MAYO's wait list) I left the Baptist practice b/c getting through, messages etc were impossible, but that got addressed and I've returned b/c of Dr. Rosemund.
Dr. Rosemund and staff are just so sane, thoughtful and kind. He treats the whole person. It's getting rhard to find a doctor who is smart AND culturally competent.

Dr. Czerkawski has been my PCP for over 25 years and I have never had any issues in scheduling appointments that work with my schedule nor have I ever had to wait to be seen. That is a lot of appointments over these years.
Dr. Joe remembers everything about everything regarding my medical history, family, work, etc. - all things that could contribute to any reason why I am seeing him. In this day and age of being treated like a 'number', his approach to patient care is so refreshing and appreciated!!!!!!! His staff is always so kind, friendly and helpful too!

Dr. Joe is the best doctor. He shows so much genuine concern and I believe he really cares about me as a patient. The office staff is superior. I highly recommend this practice.

I was seen promptly (always nice and an actually frequent experience) but I especially like that Dr Rosemund is attentive to my questions and addressed all my concerns with thoughtful discussion of alternatives in my care.He educated me in optimizing my medication schedule, and it is a better schedule for me. Good stuff! He was patient and did not appear rushed or under pressure during my visit.
