The office is clean and very nice. The staff are so pleasant and friendly. Billy, the nurse practitioner is excellent. Covers and explains everything so well. He is amazing, he really listens and cares.

I have been a patient of Baptist Internal and Family Medicine, Dr A Traveria, for probably 30-35 years. I have always been treated with kindness and respect by all of the personnel in the office.
Very happy with the doctors, nurses and office personnel.

The RN at the front desk was very polite, kind and knowledgeable about her job. MOST OF ALL VERY KIND. A nice change to see. In the past the folks at the front desk had severe attitudes, like the patient was the enemy!!! Very biting comments and posture.
We love our Doc, Dr. Traveria. Constance, his nurse, is very courteous and professional.
