The office was very clean and brightly lit. The staff were very friendly and professional. Once I got to see my Doctor she took the time to hear my concerns, while also asking questions that needed to be asked without making it uncomfortable. I finally felt heard by a licensed health practitioner.

The location, location, location. Convenient, away from the medical center congested areas and limited awful, dangerous garage parking. Area is clean, staff very nice and efficient. Like my new PCP, Dr. Samantha Erb. Good new patient appointment with sufficient extended time for exchange of information. Online messages were fast and responsive with reminders and pre-registration.
