They are ALL, from reception to checkout, very warm and fully engaged with my care. I am in my first year of having changed to a new PCP and I can only say that I wish I had found Drs. Erb and [last name] sooner. If you find yourself with a complacent provider, these are two of the good ones.

The location, location, location. Convenient, away from the medical center congested areas and limited awful, dangerous garage parking. Area is clean, staff very nice and efficient. Like my new PCP, Dr. Samantha Erb. Good new patient appointment with sufficient extended time for exchange of information. Online messages were fast and responsive with reminders and pre-registration.
