Waiting room is not crowded with a lot of people. The doctor sees his patients on time and that is rare with other doctors these days. Everyone is friendly in the office and exam areas. Doctor is thoughtful and complete in his examination.

No overbooking, easy to communicate with different departments, especially scheduling. When the Dr orders testing, the staff does their best to accommodate a patient's location, health and abilities so that all appointments can be made and all communications are shared between patient, staff and physician. Dr. Rosemund and his staff always go above and beyond to help those of us who require a little more time, flexibility and understanding. Thank you.

The reception staff is kind, polite, and tries their best to schedule appointments according to your needs. During last visit an extremely irate and belligerent patient was loud and obnoxious, they did their best to calm the situation.
