Waiting room is not crowded with a lot of people. The doctor sees his patients on time and that is rare with other doctors these days. Everyone is friendly in the office and exam areas. Doctor is thoughtful and complete in his examination.

No overbooking, easy to communicate with different departments, especially scheduling. When the Dr orders testing, the staff does their best to accommodate a patient's location, health and abilities so that all appointments can be made and all communications are shared between patient, staff and physician. Dr. Rosemund and his staff always go above and beyond to help those of us who require a little more time, flexibility and understanding. Thank you.

Quickly pulled back into an exam room. Medical Assistant was prompt, kind and professional. Provider listened to my concerns, gave valid advise, and ordered all of the necessary testing, referrals.

The reception staff is kind, polite, and tries their best to schedule appointments according to your needs. During last visit an extremely irate and belligerent patient was loud and obnoxious, they did their best to calm the situation.

I like the friendly atmosphere with minimal wait times. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and patient. Phone calls are returned promptly and requests for prescription refills are replied to in a timely manner. HOWEVER……my main draw to your office is Dr. Rosemund…..he is a TRUE professional!!!

The entire staff is always very helpful and kind to my 95-year-old mother. Doctor Rosemund is a top-notch doctor. He has gone above and beyond to try to help my mother with all of the issues she’s having at this time in her life. Dr. ROSEMUND.is an amazing doctor. He has been my doctor for years and I would not want to change. The staff are all very nice. The new lady at the reception desk is so sweet,she makes you feel like you are at the right place. She seems very happy, and it is contagious.
