This office treated me exceptionally well. The staff was friendly and helpful. The check-in and check-out process was efficient. But mostly, Dr. Lyons was very pleasant and professional. She explained things clearly and answered all my questions. I definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a primary care physician.

The location is great, I love how clean and modern the office is and the ease of getting in same day when sick is truly appreciated. Mei Lamar and all the staff are just wonderful, I had Dr. Samuel [last name] at the Jax beach BPC my whole life until he retired years ago and just really struggled finding the right fit at his office and I’m so happy I made the switch to this office I truly feel heard and taken care of and just that sense of connection that I missed after he retired. This is a great care team keep up the good work.

So clean & bright. EVERYone is friendly & helpful; I feel VERY welcomed. I NEVER have to wait - I don't even have time to play a game on my phone!! Dr M listens to me, responds to every comment & takes action: ordering a new Rx, refilling an existing Rx, issuing a referral to a specialist. He always answers my questions & corresponds quickly thru My Baptist Chart. I love, Love, LOVE this doctor's office ;~)

The staff is so kind and friendly! You do not feel as if you are a number, the care feels personable and individualized. I appreciate how supportive and encouraging everyone is and Dr. Lyons is by far my favorite primary care provider.

The office staff is very responsive i.e. can get appointments quickly. The referral department does their work quickly and efficiently. The office staff are cordial and efficient. Analyn Tesoro and her assistant are caring, professional and knowledgeable. They are a good team.

Dr. Modansky is the best Physician I've ever been to. His style of communication and use of technology allows him to be very present and extremely thorough. He makes you feel cared for and like all of your concerns have been addressed. He provides a sense that he loves what he does and that you have someone in your corner. Over the years he has provided excellent direction and has been invaluable to improving my health.
