The office manager Lis-Ann F., Karah O., and the rest of the staff have displayed their exceptional work and dedication in the medical field giving excellent patient care. Over a period of time during several of my doctor's appointments I have had the privilege of collaborating with them. I have consistently witnessed their unwavering commitment to providing the highest standard of care to all patients under their charge. Their communication skills and aptitude to help is unparallel. Recently, I had a prescription that needed to be refilled. The weekend was approaching, and I had a one week out of town trip the next day and needed my medication. Lis-Ann diligently and proactively made it possible for me to get it on time before my departure. I was exceptionally grateful as Lis-Ann went above and beyond. Heartfelt thanks again.

The office staff is very friendly, the medical staff are all very attentive, and friendly.

In January my prescription refill need to be approved and they were. In February my prescriptions need refilled again. When I went to the pharmacy, to have refilled, they said it needs approval from doctor. They sent a message, doctor denied and said he needs to see me first. Why couldn't he had his staff, send a message through the portal or call and say, before your next refill we will need to see you? Currently I'm out of my meds. Now I know I not going to die from this but it's customer service. I have had two cancellations, in 2023, from Dr Mondosky's office for his personal reasons. I felt, as a patent, they should have said we need to reschedule your appointment or your prescriptions or they will be delayed. I'm not in the medical field and have no clue what goes on behind the counter, but as a customer this is how I feel what should have happened.Dr Mondosky is very personable, polite, kind and sincere for your well being!!! Just a little more organized in the office to details. Thank you for listing!
