Everyone we have seen at this office is very nice, from the doctor down. If you have a concern or problem, you can actually talk to a person in the office and they can help you with information that you need, or refer you to someone in the office so you can come in, probably the next day, to be treated. This gives us a good feeling to know there is someone there with information and help. Dr. [last name] is so nice, also the nurse practitioner, nurses, and the office staff are such nice ladies. Where else can you find this, especially close to home.

The care team listens to your concerns and address each and every one of them. They don't make you feel rushed. They provide explanations and alternatives so they can formulate a plan for your care with you. I greatly appreciate my care team!
