The office staff is very friendly. They actually speak to you and listen to everything you have to say. You can tell they enjoy their job and like working where they are. It just makes coming to the doctor a lot easier when everybody's in a great mood.

I appreciate the fact that all of your front office employees are so friendly and helpful with scheduling appointments. I love my provider [full name] and her assistant Samantha. They are friendly and helpful with any problem I might have. I also love Dr Julia Lyons whom I see for yearly wellness visits. I never leave confused after any of my appointments. Everyone is willing to answer any questions I might have in a way that I can clearly understand. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone.

This was my first visit to set up a new Primary Care physician. I was very pleased with the location, office and Dr Lyons. I was not in the waiting room or the exam room for very long before being seen which is important to me. The office was clean and spacious, the nurse who checked me in was professional and personable. The follow up calls have also been timely and much appreciated.
