It's spotless, provides blood work on site ( NOT every location does this), very competent Drs who listen, genuinely care and appreciate you the patient asking questions. Have utilized them in another location for years. Excellent psychiatric services as well.
Baptist Health Is not the rush job you see typically in other facilities. Avoid UF health.

Everything. The staff is informed and helpful. A special thanks to Dr Valenzuela for actually listening to the patient and providing a medication that addressed and fixed the problem. Too rare in these days of rushed and formulaic medicine. His assistant Ariel also always cheerful and helpful. Pat and Christie at the desk go above and beyond to solve scheduling problems. I feel these people-everyone in the office-really care. We are so lucky.

I've been a patient there since the mid 90s, from both offices on Townsend Blvd to Merrill Road and now on University. The staff is caring and wonderful always have been. They are concern about their customers and the Doctor, well at least Dr Nadal who had the office since Dr [last name] left, is a great doctor. Teaches her patients about wellness.
