It's small and personal. I received tests I asked for I received prescription refills the next day day that I requested. I received results from all tests on my chart already. A patient should never have to go without routine refill of medication when a doctor isn't responding to pharmacy for 6 days and 3 faxes sent from pharmacy. A patient should never be told to wear something better in your next visit. A patient should not have to go through their life history of their family, their children's history and their previous marriages and why they divorced if it is irrelevant. A patient should be understood if they have had to change doctor's for their best interest. I am impressed with the excellent time I received my refills and results from my tests to put my mind at ease. I did not have to set and wait for over an hour before I was called back to see my nurse.

I explained at the front desk that I was hypoglycemic and had been fasting for 12 plus hours and could I do my bloodwork first. The front desk lady said no. I proceed and meet with the doctor and then the blood tech and now I am weak and the lady jabbed me twice and didn???t seem that confident in her blood drawing skills. I was super excited about joining this office because of how close it is to my home but this experience was below average.

Everyone at this office is kind, friendly, patient and very accommodating. As an anxious person going to the doctor really stresses me out but I don't get nearly as anxious going to this practice as I have with previous ones. I highly recommend this office!
