I like the professionalism of the staff. The atmosphere is welcoming. It’s clean and well maintained. I love Dr. Nadal caring spirit. she asked questions. She seems to really care about her patience my former doctor with Baptist Primary retired. I was very sad when he did, but now I have a great replacement. I am grateful that God connected Dr. Nadal and I.

Dr Nadal makes the patients feel important, and heard. THe Nurse and Lead MA are excellent, and the Lab staff she’s professional and get the stick without hurting your arm. My appointments are always on time. Dr Nadal acknowledges my concerns. The doctor office is always clean, and smells fresh.

Dr. Nadal, she’s so sweet, Dana Preston, and Sierra that works in the office. They make it worth driving across town to keep going there! I never have to wait long. They keep to their schedule most days.

First of all, it’s the convenience. The office is right around the corner from our house. The doctors are the best! Doctor Nadal has been our doctor for a long time. The staff are friendly, cordial, helpful and patient. The office is in a new building, and is super clean.
