I enjoy the fact that once I arrive at the office I will not be waiting an extended amount of time in the waiting room. The staff is aways friendly and professional and does a fantastic job of gathering for vital data. The doctor always takes the time to listen to all of my health concerns.

Miss Pat is so pleasant and helpful managing the front desk even when having to repeat the same thing at least five times over the phone. Very patient. My wonderful doctor, doctor Nadal who is also very patient and a good listener! I love being able to get my lab work done in the office when my doctor orders labs.

I've been a patient of Dr. Nadal since middle the of 90s and appreciate her patient and care for her patients. She explain and suggest the best care. A true doctor who really takes the time to explain your situation or concerns. Making sure all your tests and necessary cares are up to date. I talk with a lot if friends and their doctors dont mention to them any care factors, like bone test, lung test if you ever smoked and the test results aren't explained to them. I've given them advise I received from my Doctor the tests she have to take.

It's convenient and clean. The office respects your time. When you have an appointment you get in on time. Ms. Pat is a joy at the front desk and Dr. Nadal is a better than expected experience compared to my last medical team. This was my first time meeting her and she took the time to get to know me and understand my health needs and goals.

Dr. Nadal is the most caring and professional Doctor I have ever dealt with. Her staff is friendly and the office is very efficient. If you have an appointment, they see you when your appointment is scheduled, not hours later like some offices.

This is the best practice I've been to. Everyone here is friendly and professional. While I was waiting to be called back, I heard a couple that were moving out of Jacksonville. They were looking for a new doctor in the town where they were moving. They said they would probably drive the 2 hours just to stay at this practice. I agree. Dr. Nadal and her staff are the best.
