Great from my staff greeting you by calling you by your name with a pleasant smile, never have to wait they are on time with my appointment, the MA is very kind , helpful of my needs getting me checked in for Dr. The greatest Dr I have ever been to going over my problem explaining showing me how my system works . The new meds when given going over for interaction with my other meds . When I leave I have received the best of care knowing what is going on with my health issues, not leaving with just I will call in a RX I understand my feeling of being explained and being helpful during my appointment. I give this office a 10+.

This was my mom’s first visit to this location. The staff greeted us warmly, and the waiting area was comfortable and inviting. Even though the wait was longer than my mom expected, she remained patient. When Dr. A entered, he treated us respectfully and took time to carefully review my mom’s notes. He was patient, explained things clearly despite her hearing loss, and made sure she understood everything. The appointment turned out to be better than we anticipated, as Dr. A quickly established a genuine connection. Now, my mom is actually looking forward to her next appointment. Thank you for your compassionate care.

Dr Toledo is a good dude! I always feel like I have had a pep talk when I leave. The nurses are awesome too.
