Everyone was nice and welcoming. Dr Lyons was fantastic at listening and offering suggestions. She also dealt with my kids being with me which was very helpful for me!

The location wasn't packed and there were no delays. I was seen on time and the doctor and assistant were amazing. The building was clean and had good parking. The team got my medication ordered and referral processed.

Everyone is knowledgeable, kind and efficient. Dr. Lyons answers all questions fully and in a straightforward manner. She is proactive about potential health issues and is encouraging about outcomes. Sioban is professional, personable, and truly kind. The whole atmosphere is very relaxed and reassuring.

The staff are all amazing and polite. I couldn't say enough good about them all. The two Drs. and the PA make you feel at ease. They don't try to rush you and are actually concerned over your health and get to the bottom of why you are there. Baptist Clay on Wells road is the BEST!!! Can't say enough about them.
