The waiting room was bright, very clean and cheerful. I was called back from my appointment in a timely manner. The iPad to check in with was easy to use, staff was smiling and friendly. I enjoyed Siobhan when she checked me in and reviewed my history. I really liked meeting Dr. Lyons. I think she’s going to be a wonderful physician to help. Take care of me when I need something. So I’m looking forward to our new relationship. I felt very much at ease in your office. Thank you so much for being there and making it so easy.

The staff is kind and personable. Dr Martinez-Heath is outstanding. She took time to listen and advise, discussed options and showed out-of-the-box thinking. She was a breath of fresh air, in a usually semi-disinterested field.

The staff is very friendly. Dr. Lyons is a caring doctor who is easy to talk to and she is very thorough. She answers messages through the my chart portal in a timely manner. I was seen at my appointment time with no delay. I am happy with rhis office.

Efficient, very good listeners and had great next steps. I was a new patient. For lack of a better way of describing it, both the nurse and the Dr did the equivalent of a triage. I appreciated their attention to detail and I’m very happy to now have them as my caregivers.

Dr. Townsel is very personal and she see her patients in a timely manner. You’re called back soon after checking in, and you do not wait long for the Dr. to come in the exam room. Dr. Townsel is very knowledgeable, explains in a way that is understood, and she takes the time to hear you out.

Dr. Townsel is an exceptional and deeply compassionate physician who provides truly outstanding care. The two young ladies at the front desk are wonderful, and the entire support staff is equally brilliant. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Toledo is an incredible doctor. He actually listens, cares, and goes above and beyond for his patients. He was a huge support to me during a recent visit at a really tough time. I honestly felt like I was falling apart and his kindness meant the world. The front office seems to have smoothed out its past issues, too. Highly recommended! Great bedside manner, great communication and follow up

Staff is friendly, professional and efficient. Dr. Lyons and Sioban really listen and provide honest, thorough answers to questions. I have a good deal of medical anxiety, but I always leave feeling more positive and encouraged. And I truly feel better than when I embarked on this health journey.
