Dr. Toledo treats me like an old friend. I’m a truck driver, have limited time to get appts & he always makes me feel like I’m a priority. And no matter what insurance you have, he works with you to make sure you can afford your treatment.

Great staff and Dr. They take the time to listen to what you have to say unlike other Places Ive been.. They also do not push medications as a easy way out of correcting your concerns.. They truly are concerned about you not the almighty Dollar.

Nicole at the front is very friendly and personable. Yadira is personable and friendly. Mrs. Pat is amazing and a joy to talk with about my free spirited 4 year old. Dr. Toledo is very thorough. I’ve been seeing him maybe 3-4 years now. He takes the time to get to know everyone of his patients. He genuinely cares for each of his patients. He is a very hard worker. I have two sons who go with me to the Dr office 90% of the time. They are wild and carefree kids. The office does not frown on it. They enjoying seeing them. It gives me peace of mind knowing that they do not mind the kids coming with me because I normally do not have a sitter. Dr Toledo will always hold a special place with my family as our doctor. In 2021 when I went to see him as a new patient, he took the time to thoroughly review my chart and notes and identified cancer that my ENT office failed to follow up with me on. I had the cancer removed within 3 months. I’ve seen other Baptist doctors and none of them even compare to Dr. Toledo’s bedside manner. He doesn’t harp on issues either. He knows life happens and sometimes you fall off track. He encourages you to get back on track. I’ll never leave the office unless Dr. Toledo leaves.

The medical professionals at this practice provide excellent care. Additionally every lab result is explained in detail and strategies for improving my health and staying healthy are discussed. Additionally, the office staff is friendly and professional.

The staff is friendly for the amount of people they have to deal with on a daily basis, Dr. Toledo is simply an amazing doctor. He also takes the time to listen and discuss options regarding care and takes the time to know his patients.
