I just love Dr Toledo and his staff. They are wonderful and have taken care of myself and my husband for a long time. Dr Toledo spends time with his patients and always wants the best outcome for them. His staff is awesome and always is polite and courteous. I would recommend this primary care office for anyone needing a primary care doctor.

It’s always clean and easy to enter. The office staff are very helpful and friendly! The nurses are friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Toledo is wonderful! He listens to you about your own body, he covers everything you’re there for, he researches the problems that his patients have if they’re not normal. He doesn’t hesitate to get tests done to find answers and he explains everything that he does. He’ll listen and answer all your questions. He is the most caring and knowledgeable doctor I have ever been to!

Nicole at the front is very friendly and personable. Yadira is personable and friendly. Mrs. Pat is amazing and a joy to talk with about my free spirited 4 year old. Dr. Toledo is very thorough. I’ve been seeing him maybe 3-4 years now. He takes the time to get to know everyone of his patients. He genuinely cares for each of his patients. He is a very hard worker. I have two sons who go with me to the Dr office 90% of the time. They are wild and carefree kids. The office does not frown on it. They enjoying seeing them. It gives me peace of mind knowing that they do not mind the kids coming with me because I normally do not have a sitter. Dr Toledo will always hold a special place with my family as our doctor. In 2021 when I went to see him as a new patient, he took the time to thoroughly review my chart and notes and identified cancer that my ENT office failed to follow up with me on. I had the cancer removed within 3 months. I’ve seen other Baptist doctors and none of them even compare to Dr. Toledo’s bedside manner. He doesn’t harp on issues either. He knows life happens and sometimes you fall off track. He encourages you to get back on track. I’ll never leave the office unless Dr. Toledo leaves.
