I received messages ahead of time before date of my appointment, was able to check-in using my phone as well as notify when I arrived. Was called back to see my Doc within 10 minutes or so, and Doctor addressed my needs.

Nice folks at desk. All other staff so glad to see you and you don’t feel like a cattle herd. Medical staff are always attentive to your physical and mental wellness. The talk to you and listen.

The staff at Baptist Primary are always professional and courteous. My primary provider is Dr. [full name]. He is exceptional and is always attentive to my health concerns. I needed to come to the office the day I called, and since he was booked with scheduled appointments, my last visit was with Dr. Townsel. She too was exceptional.
