Dr. Townsel is very personal and she see her patients in a timely manner. You’re called back soon after checking in, and you do not wait long for the Dr. to come in the exam room. Dr. Townsel is very knowledgeable, explains in a way that is understood, and she takes the time to hear you out.

Dr. Townsel is an exceptional and deeply compassionate physician who provides truly outstanding care. The two young ladies at the front desk are wonderful, and the entire support staff is equally brilliant. I highly recommend this practice.

Friendly and helpful office staff, Dr Townsel is a wonderful provider, caring and compassionate. She stays on time and I’ve never had a long wait, which I really appreciate! Fantastic primary care provider, Baptist is lucky to have her on their staff.

I recently visited Baptist Primary Care - Airport Center Drive and had a wonderful experience. The staff was welcoming, and the facility was clean and organized. Dr. K. Townsel, my primary care physician, is fantastic—knowledgeable and attentive, making me feel genuinely cared for. I highly recommend this office for anyone seeking compassionate healthcare!

The location wasn't packed and there were no delays. I was seen on time and the doctor and assistant were amazing. The building was clean and had good parking. The team got my medication ordered and referral processed.
