I really liked my new Doctor Katherine Townsel because she was very kind, listened to all my concerns, answered all my questions and overall she cares for the wellbeing of her patients. Doctor Townsel's Medical Assistant was very friendly and polite. The staff in the front office have very good customer services and the lady in charge with referral is very knowledgeable and helpful.

All of the staff is very welcoming. When going in with Dr. Townsel, she truly listens to what your concerns are and gives you the direction you need! She is also very compassionate and non judgemental which makes for a trusting relationship and makes you feels very comfortable. Coming from a old practice to this practice has been a total 360 turn around and I will highly recommend to anyone who asks! I can't wait to continue to come to this office :)
